Probably one of the best meals I’ve had at a Waffle House ever. The customer service was shockingly over the top in the best way possible. Our waitress was amazing, taking our order quickly and bringing drink refills before even finishing. Super nice and made our experience that much more pleasant. That with a perfectly cooked meal you just can’t go wrong. Some of the best and cheesiest eggs I’ve ever had from a chain restaurant. The bacon was salty and not overcooked. Not sure but the biscuits and gravy have never failed me at a Waffle House and this time around was no different. Went with a peanut butter chip waffle and by the time I got to it, I was full. Powered thru and it was well worth it and will probably be the way I get my waffles moving forward. Really enjoyed this meal and the service and hope that I can have this at every meal at other Waffle Houses.

I ordered a patty melt and it was delivered to my table burnt on both sides. Luckily the cook that we know from the Deltona location stopped by my table to say hi. As soon as he saw my food he immediately offered to remake it for me. Shout out to angel from the Deltona location! He remade my sandwich and it was perfection. He is excellent not only as a chef but he also is very customer service oriented. That young man deserves a raise! I hope you guys understand what he does for your company.

Came here today with my mother for lunch. The food was excellent, let me start there. I’ve been eating at WH for most of my life and today was in the top 3 best experiences I’ve had. Largely in part to the staff, Esther and Rikki. Both extremely kind personable but a special shout to Esther. She was our server and she was wonderful. Smiled the whole time, made us feel at home and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed while we dined. These ladies are lovely and it was a pleasure to eat at this location!

Entered establishment and they had about 5 or 6 employees and none of them acknowledged our table. Customers who came in after us, were waited on immediately. After 15 minutes, we left and went 1/2 mile down thw road to IHOP. We were seated and served immediately Would not recommend this location of Waffle House due to poor customer service

Alexis the waitress at this location is amazing! Before my coffee was even half way empty she was ready to fill it up! She is very attentive and has been at this location for a long time. One of the best people that work in this restaurant. I will definitely go back just because of her! Thank you Alexis!!!

Service is terrible! We came to WH about a month ago we were seated but the waiters were goofing around and never came to take our order, so we ended up leaving. We went to WH in Daytona. The food and service were definitely a 5 star.
We went again today, and our waitress was clearly on something. She forgot to bring our drinks, bacon, grits, and was bringing stuff from other tables to ours. She was nodding off while taking our order, and the table behind us also noticed and said “she’s whacked out.” Food was great but we didn’t get it all together and I had to keep telling her what we were missing. We will not be coming back to this location. I definitely don’t recommend it.

If you want to pay $50 dollars to watch the waitress and cook make googly eyes at each other you came to the right place. The food wasn’t good at all. The service wasn’t good the waitresses didn’t have good hospitality skills and on top of that made us feel like we were bothering her.

The food and service was fast for a Saturday during brunch time. Our server Brandie was very attentive and engaged in minimal conversation.
After a table in a different section left and server by the name of Nikki was behind the bar and talking to her fellow coworkers. I understand venting about customers but to sit there and call your table the r-word in front of other paying customers is absolutely disgusting and is service that I do not accept. This review is given a 2-star solely based on the behavior of this server.

great, casual place for a late-night breakfast. the waffles are the staple item here. i had the chocolate chip waffle- exactly what i needed for my midnight breakfast craving. they also have breakfast platters with eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and protein. service is quick and staff is friendly, always makes the experience better!
