We are foreigners to US. We heard about the good service of chick fil a but we had never been here previously. Today we order a meal for spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. We just let the miss at the counter know we are new to be here and don’t know which sauce we should choose. Then the miss gave us a rainbow of sauces . That is so heartwarming! I love it. Also the food is very good. I love the nuggets and the frosted coffee most!

My boyfriend and me decided to stop here after work today and had a very interesting experience with the drive-thru person. He made my boyfriend repeat his name at least 3 times until he finally got it. Then when telling him our order he ended up putting pepper jack cheese when we specifically ONLY asked for Colby jack cheese on the spicy deluxe meal and then charged us .30 for pepper jack when we never even asked for it. Then for two drinks that weren’t “ready” (even though one of them was) they made us pull out of the drive thru and park so they could bring them out which seemed very unreasonable and even the lady was confused as to why she brought our drinks out also? Wasn’t the most pleasant experience and I get it was dinner rush but a simple read back would’ve great!

Great experience at this Chick-fil-A location! The restaurant is in a really convenient spot, which makes it easy to stop in whether you’re running errands or just passing through. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming, and the service stood out. I ordered my food to the table, and it arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant visit, and I’d definitely come back again.

Matt is excellent! He was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Another customer was complaining about her fries being cold (even though she had eaten all of them) and Matt was very gracious with her and handled the situation perfectly. Well done, Matt!

I love the atmosphere here! Overall, everything was great. I rated the service four out of five because my order was messed up, which was frustrating. The labels were switched, and there were no sauces for a $70 order. One person couldn’t eat pork, and another wanted bacon on their chicken sandwich, but the “plain” and “bacon” labels were swapped. On top of that, there were no sauces or ketchup for six people. I do appreciate the free reward from Chris Loweth, which is why I placed the order in the first place. It was just frustrating afterward, with the label mix-up and missing sauces. Aside from that mistake, everything else has been good. I’m very happy and will keep coming back!

Fast and friendly service! Just what you would expect from Chick-fil-a. The dining room was clean, the condiments were stocked, and the bathrooms were spotless. The kids’ playplace was decent size. Enough space to keep a little one busy to take a few bites. The food is always delicious. We will be back!

Man, I’m not super fond of the Christian aspect of this establishment, but it’s the only place I’ll take my kids to because they really have kids in the forefront of their minds. Playplace, books instead of toys, and disposable placemats, are you even kidding???
The staff is always kind and polite and it’s clean. You can’t ask for much better when you’re schleppin kids around.

This place is the definition of mediocre. Food is fine, service is mid, and the parking lot SUCKS. That place is packed with people who act like they’ve never been in the driver’s seat of a car in their lives. The location is laid out horribly and needs to be renovated ASAP.
