The 3 star review is in large part, because they can’t keep workers, waitress and waiters. It will be 60% table availability, but yet theres a 20 min wait, and this isn’t the only time. Maybe it needs new ownership & management. I find quite a few restraunts in Aiken like this. But they do have a couple really good waiters here in Tevan and Quincey who do a fabulous job if you can find them working. Food is usually hot and tasty, but the service overall could be a lot better.

When our group of 8 people arrived we had to wait to be seated yet the restrant was not busy at all there were plenty of empty tables
Then we waited another 20 minutes or more until one of our party went and requested service.The hostess who seated us asked where we’re seated.She had placed us in the middle of the dining room. It took forever to get our drinks and bread, When we placed our orders the waitress came back to me and said they were out of the Longhorn steak ( porterhouse) and stuffed mushrooms and apparently we were not the only ones who did not get what we ordered as we overheard a nearby table having the same issues. Being a retired manager myself it was obvious there is a management problem as your staff is only as good as it’s management who is their example. Will say this on their behalf the food we did get was very good and the attention of the wait staff improved during our meal. I would have to think seriously before recommending this Longhorns to anyone.

I was going to contact the regional manager on the store because I have not been in a longhorns in a while but when I walked in there and saw lobster tail on the floor for over a half hour as well as not being attended to when the place only had about maybe seven families and or just people eating and the food was dry on the New York side of the t-bone but the tenderloin side had a good flavor and this restaurant has serious potential but you might need to go in and do some up training I know that I would not recommend this place to anyone and really I should be given back my whole check that was 75.00 for four people. I had family from Florida come up and they were appalled but I was more appalled than they were. So if the regional manager would like to reach out and give us credit and give us another opportunity to re rate this place would be the proper thing to do.

The food was great. Service was fast and friendly. 8 top table and 1 server who handled it like a pro. I got the ribeye cooked medium with rice pilaf and fries. The steak was tender. I had the raspberry iced tea made fresh in house. Make sure to stir it really well before drinking it with a straw otherwise it seems to sweet, or pull the straw up to the middle of the cup to drink it first.

I’m a regular customer but as of lately I’ve seen a lot of new hires that really need some training in customer service. My experience here had been very exceptional up until my last 3 times going to this restaurant. One waitress forgot almost everything that we asked for, I had to yell across the restaurant to get her attention and when she came over she had an attitude. Today, a man whom I’ve never seen did almost the same thing. He never came back to the table. He brought the wrong order, so I received my food one thing at a time which took about 10mins in between each. This was so unacceptable. He never said sorry or showed no remorse! I had to also for some to drink. He never checked to see if I needed a refill.

Not sure what happened but food quality has been declining. I have no clue of what they use to clean the tables but it leaves a very disgusting smell on the table that you breath since entering the restaurant. Tables are cleaned very poorly leaving streaks all over the place. We got the chicken parmesan and was super salty. Not coming back for sure.

Service was absolutely terrible . I waited for at least 5 minutes to be greeted on a slow afternoon, along with another customer who arrived before me. Once we were greeted we were both told it would be a 10 minute wait due to lack of servers. After about 10 minutes a family of four arrived and was seated before me and the customer who was waiting before me. I decided to remain patient because I didn’t know if the family was meeting someone there. A few minutes after a party of two arrived ( not a part of the family of four) was greeted in a timely manner and seated before me and the customer who was waiting before me. After, I confronted the hostess, I was told there would still be a 10 minute wait. I did not eat there. They were absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back.

I’m a long time loyal customer, but the service and food continues to decline. Was seated and order taken within 5 mins, but took waiter 50 mins to bring my drink and appetizer while others that came afterwards already received same appetizers I ordered. We Ordered well done steak and received bloody steak. Waiter seems kind, but really inexperienced! The funny thing is as we were waiting to be seated a yt family was leaving told us “good luck” so I guess they also had issues. Not sure what happened to this location but it’s very disappointing!!!

Discussing my lamb chops came out with hair baked in the Parmesan crust. Took 25 mins to b seat so I was already upset. Then to have to send my plate of food back due to that long black hair in my food. Plus have to wait, for them to remake my food another 20 mins. Kitchen staff should at least be wearing hairnets. Service has seriously gone down at the location. The manager on duty didn’t even make it their business to come talk to me or anything.

For some reason, I just cannot get my state prepared properly when I have dinner here. They always want to prepare my steak again and bring it out, but by then everyone else is done eating. I ordered a fillet that was medium and definitely feel like I got a corner of a sirloin well done. The atmosphere is fine although the noise level is pretty loud in there at times.
