Solid Burger and fries! Definitely a local hangout! Cattle auction was taking place on site!

This Little diner is attached to the livestock auction office. The inside is nothing to get excited about, but the man who owns it and happen to be our server that morning is an outstanding example of the American dream.

He gave us some background about the cafes he’s owned and in the meantime the service was stellar. The food was homemade and delicious. We had breakfast but I’m sure lunch would be just as great.

It is definitely out of the way, off the beaten path. But if you’re like us and love to find local cafes instead of chain restaurants, find this place. You won’t be sorry.

Traveling through the town and found this place on a Google search of the best places to eat in Roswell. Felt like I was walking into my Grandmother’s kitchen. Terry welcomed us in and made us feel at home. We sampled the homemade chips and salsa and a huge sausage patty that were both delicious. We ordered the breakfast plate and a chicken fried steak. All of our food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend eating here if they are open.

The absolute nicest owners ever and the food was DELICIOUS! They brought us a basket of their homemade chips and salsa for being “first timers” in their restaurant. The food we ordered came out very quickly. It was such a nice “home town” feeling where everyone knew each other and welcomed us as newcomers. The owners chatted a lot with us and made sure we liked all of our food. I wish this place was in our city!

We’re in-town for the Air Races, and were enroute to Denny’s for breakfast when my wife found this
Local place to try instead… Great Idea!
This place is far-removed from Roswell’s main streets, any literally looks like “nothing” from outside. It’s simply a small cafe on the side of a large livestock auction building. Inside is tiny, (8 tables), but welcoming.
Terry, the grandfatherly owner greeted us and pointed to a table. I’m pretty sure that our server Noelle was his granddaughter, and that the cook was his wife. The simple lunch/breakfast menu is all comfort food. I had Huevos Rancheros, my wife had eggs,
sausage & cakes and my grandson had a stack of pancakes, all served hot, fresh and delicious.
As we were finishing Terry came over to talk, and before I knew it we were also talking to the locals around us. A very friendly crowd. I’ll definitely be back!

What a gem of a place! We found it because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. Sad we are only here for the day.
The freshest most delicious breakfast! Terry is such a beautiful soul, great conversation and great service. The sausage was so fresh and delicious, you have to try it. Farm fresh eggs and great coffee.
I understand why people come here 🙂 I’m hoping to come back here someday!

10/5. Never have I given a more deserving 5 stars. The service was amazing as was the food. Best of food and people! We were a big group so we got a bit of everything and it was all outstanding. Everything made fresh and perfect. Wish I got more pics of the food but we dug in too quickly. We also got some of their homemade fried pies and ice cream. All the meat was fresh and sauces homemade. I give this the highest of recommendations. Locally owned and sourced

Very cozy and special place, we felt like we were in someone’s dining room having a breakfast! Coffee was very good. The food took a while to come, gladly we weren’t in a hurry. It is understandable since the owners cook and serve themselves. You get very personal service here!

Hands down the best breakfast in town. Probably the best breakfast I’ve had at any cafe for as long as I can remember. The service was top notch as well!

Diner is inside of a cattle auction building. Great food, great service, great prices, and great atmosphere. Food was simple, but delicious. Was neat walking into the sound of cattle auctions happening in the back, but the dining area was nice and quiet.
