Reviews
The service was okay but there weren’t any napkins until we asked.
The bottom of glasses are all chipped. My burger was greasy. Definitely not a GOURMET burger. I got upset belly after eating. The steam broccoli is so gross that you can see from the picture. How can you serve food like that at the restaurant?
The floor of the restroom was sticky and we also smelt something burnt really bad. What a nightmare
We had an awesome lunch at Red Robin today! The burgers were juicy, the food came out hot and fresh, and those bottomless fries were amazing — perfectly seasoned and always kept full. Our waitress Victoria was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always checking in with a smile. She made sure our drinks and fries never ran out and made the whole experience feel special. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Huge thanks to Victoria and the team — we’ll definitely be back soon!
P.S. The fries really are bottomless… because I couldn’t even finish!
My work catered food from here for an event & everything we received was amazing. They gave us every sauce you could imagine, plenty of fries, burger patties, and chicken patties. They gave us some of their chips as well and they as super crunchy & really great.
My family comes here for my brothers birthday every year and they never disappoint. The waitresses are always attentive and nice every time we’ve eaten in.
The Royal Red Robin is hands down the best burger they have, but it’s EXTREMELY messy – but the messier the better. Of course their bottomless fries never miss either especially with the campfire sauce.
Was amazing everything was fantastic, the place , the menu , the service, the cleanest, and of course the Food !
Our server Alberto do a great job he encourages us to sign up for the rewards program and we get a free entrée right on the spot fair prices good portion and we get the endless fries we need to ask for a Togo box I really recommend this location come with a friend or wife or the whole family you will enjoy everything and be back for more I’m sure
The food was mid at best. Typical Sysco fare. The meat in the burger had an odd “too soft” texture. Red Robin apparently also has bottomless fries, but one serving was enough for all in my party.
Now, the shocking part. I was an adult with two children. I had water to drink, and a standard bacon cheeseburger – nothing too outrageous. The total tab for one adult and two children was $120. I was completely unprepared for that. We even got an appetizer for free since we signed up for some campaign of theirs. I really enjoyed everything about the experience ( aside from the bathroom floors, which are somehow slippery and sticky at the same time) but the pricing is outrageous. I’ll be seeking other burger restaurants from now on – Red Robin is a hard pass for me.
I was refunded both times by GrubHub.
P.S. You can tell by my profile picture that this is not my hair, so don’t even try it.
One thing I would recommend to Red Robin is to take care of the smell in the place. As you first go in you get hit by this weird smell of dirty carpet. And this in almost every one of their restaurants I’ve been. Once you’re in you get used to it I guess. Not bad enough to not go and enjoy a good meal.
The food was so good. My burger was cooked to perfection, and the garlic fries were amazing! My husband had some kind of volcano type burger that had a molten cheese eruption over it that he enjoyed.
Our service was quick and courteous, and I greatly appreciated it. It was an overall great experience.
The only hiccup I’ve ever had was once when my steamed broccoli came out a little too firm, basically warm but still raw. The waitress was super sweet about it and immediately offered to bring me a new side, but I just went with fries instead. Every other time I’ve ordered broccoli, it’s been perfect, so I chalk that up to a one-time miss.
Overall, the service is quick, the team is great, and it’s an easy place to enjoy a relaxed meal.
