Our favorite place to grab something great to eat! They know exactly what our order is as soon as my husband walks in the door. We always get the loaded macaroni with either mild or spicy chicken. I recommend to all of my friends!

First time visiting Hangry Joe’s, and it won’t be the last!
The food was excellent. I had the large chicken sandwich with medium heat — and wow, that heat kicks! But it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the chicken salad and said it was wonderful. I tried a bite and completely agree.
They were out of okra, but the staff let me know right away and substituted mac and cheese without skipping a beat. It was creamy, cheesy, and a solid backup. The waffle fries were hot and crispy, and the sauces were spot on.
The restaurant itself was really clean and looked great. The manager was super friendly and made the whole experience even better.
The only small downside was the TV showing an MMA fight during our meal — a little too much blood for dinner. Would’ve preferred something more relaxed in the background.
But overall, great service, amazing food, and a cool spot to eat. Definitely recommend checking it out!

This place is fantastic! The chicken is cooked very well, the dry rub tastes amazing, and the customer service is admirable. I really enjoyed my time here. I got the loaded fries and Hot dry rub on traditional wings and they were huge! Super tasty, highly recommend this place!

What a great place! The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was top notch. We were passing through in our way to TN from WI and decided to stop and we were glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious the sandwiches were fried perfectly and seasoned to perfection and the fries were the same. The portions were generous and the service was kind. We walked in within the last hour of them being open and they were extremely welcoming, it was refreshing and more than we could have asked for!

Wonderful staff, amazing food. We weren’t sure when we first pulled up. Honestly we were going to Culver’s but we are so glad that we adventured here instead. The food is wonderful, very clean and that staff was prompt and very nice.
And if you have a shellfish allergy you are safe here. Love it.

The Coffman Review
We arrived to find them occupying a previous Burger King spot. This gave it a look that was both modern and clean. I noticed some graffiti-style art in the windows that is popular with Nashville Hot Chicken places for reasons unknown. ♂️
The gentleman at the counter greeted us and explained their heat levels, telling us that mild was still spicy and ‘Angry Hot’ required a signed waiver. He advised that we start on the low end.
We ordered:
#3 Chicken Fingers Combo (mild)
#2 Sando Combo (mild)
#2 Sando Combo (no heat)
Having eaten at all the other local fast-casual hot chicken restaurants I had a decent basis for comparison. I thought the overall sandwich was an acceptable example of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, having that signature spicy kick that’s quickly cooled by the pickles, slaw, and brioche bun.
The chicken itself lacked the full coverage deep red color I’m used to seeing from the cayenne pepper glaze of traditional Nashville Hot. A telltale sign of the light saucing was the mostly-dry piece of white bread. I would’ve preferred seeing it more stained at the end of our meal.
The waffle fries were deliciously hot and crispy and the included dipping sauce was tangy and cooling. They made sure we had plenty of both.
I thought the $12 Sando combo was an excellent value. The other combos were $15-16, making them a bit less appealing. To be fair, their prices were within a dollar of Dave’s Hot Chicken prices when you factor in a fountain drink.

Food is always great, super fresh, and generous portions. Usually get two meals out of one entree! Staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient if you don’t know what spice level you want. Dining room is always spotless. Never wait over ten minutes. Favorite spot in town tbh. Have dined in, went through the drive thru, and ordered through door dash/grubhub. I’ve never had cold food with any of those experiences. Not once. Chicken bites, loaded fries, and loaded mac and cheese are my family’s personal favorites. There’s been times my son and I share a chicken bites box and are full after.

Workers were very friendly. Encouraged me to go one level lower than I usually go. Got 6 wing combo with waffle fries and a drink. 3 medium and 3 hot as I usually go hot. Ate one hot wing first… finished of my drink. Moved to fries next and they were seasoned well and cooked just right. Tried the Hangry sauce with the fries and wasn’t really my thing. Ate the 3 medium wings next and finished of another refill of my drink . Son ate the other two hot wings and I got to enjoy watching the show . Some guy came in and ordered the hottest and he downed them like they were nothing.
