Horrible! I waited a hour curbside for burnt lamb chops and was given a $25 voucher! What a joke! Never will I ever visit this location again!ohh and my Parmesan cremated chicken is hard and burnt as well, just WOW

Stop at Longhorn everytime I go out of town as its always very consistent.
Ordered a New York Strip med-rare with baked potato, butter & sour cream and Caesar salad. This is my go to when out of town for work.

Caesar was great as always and the steak came out half way through eating the salad.

Steak was very rare, but didnt taste bad. I dont mind under cooked

The baked potato tasted like it was really old and tough.

Salad, steak, and bread was filling enough that it really didnt matter. I really dont care or expect perfect and usually tell the waitresses to just let them know to watch this and show them so they can remind the guy to lock in, but she never checked up on me until my food and beer was gone. ‍♂️ I cant say ive ever had that at a Longhorn after ordering a steak?

On March 8, I planned a family dinner for my mother in law’s 8oth birthday. We were a group of 11. We arrived at 4:00 pm and were told that we would be seated by 5:30 pm, no problem. We were seated at 5:00 pm. Our food order was taken by 5:30 pm. Perfect, right? No, wrong. We ordered drinks, appetizers and waited for the food. The food came out at about 7:00 pm. Two steaks were ordered medium but came out charred. They were out of lambchops, ribs, onions, artichoke dip no carry out containers and it took a long time to get our bills. Our food was wrapped in plastic wrap from a huge roll. My mother in law skipped out on the cake that I bought her because we never received the plates to eat the cake. We didn’t get a chance to take pictures because there was so much chaos around us. Not only was our experience a disaster, many others patrons experience was, too. Some never had their order taken after over an hour of waiting. They just left. When speaking with the manager , she was defensive and agitated and said that she was doing the best she could, it was a Sunday. A good managed restaurant knows that inventory is the key for weekend dining. I was so hurt that my mother in law did not get a chance to experience a good time to celebrate her birthday at Longhorn. In addition, it took 20-30 minutes to get items that we had requested that we had ordered with our meal. We all left at 8:30 pm feeling like we had been cheated out of a good evening.

Normal Longhorn Steakhouse. Good food! Music was loud when I entered. After I was given a table I asked for it to be turned dow, it was right away. Also asked for ultra light seasoning, IMO normal is way too much. They did a good job and cooked it perfectly rare, just how I asked.

Eh. Might of just been a bad day. Waited around 10 minutes for a table. There was no crowd at all. Ordered hamburger steak for me. Well done. The outside was definitely well done. Inside still a little pink. Different if I would have ordered a real steak. Chicken was good.

came today during lunch.. waited over 20 mins to even recieve a cup of water or be addressed .. when the waiter came .. no bread.. just water..and then the manager comes over and vaguely apologies. This is a reminder to spend your money at places where you will be valued.. or just cook at home! bring back GOOD customer service. this places needs to train employees on customer service because they are “doing it for the money” and it shows.

This was our first location since we moved to the area and love it. Unfortunately the last two visit the service failed. First time after the waiter serve the food she didn’t came back, she serve other tables and I waited 15 minutes ending paying our check with another waiter. Second time, waited 40 minutes for a table, got seated with the menu, waiters coming by back and forth and 15 minutes later my husband and I decided to leave because no one showed up to attend our table. We told the hostess which gave us a lost kid glare, then apologized. Don’t know if the politic of the restaurant is giving better service to bigger tables.

We went to LongHorn last night to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience.

We were seated at 5:44pm. Our server came over within about 5 minutes and took both our drink and food order. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with a side salad and fries. My husband ordered the burger with fries.

After taking our order, I never saw our waitress again. The only time I saw her after that initial interaction was when she brought my steak out the first time. Meanwhile, the same three other servers were consistently coming in and out of the kitchen, but we had no drink refills, no additional bread, and my side salad never came.

By 6:36pm, we still hadn’t received my salad, bread, or any refills. When our food finally came out, I could immediately tell my steak was cold — and it was. When I let the waitress know, she responded with an attitude and asked if I wanted her to “put it back on the grill.” I asked if that meant waiting another hour, and she said no, it would go to the front of the line. I agreed.

Twenty minutes later, I still had no food. We had to ask two bussers to please get a manager. When the manager finally came out, she brought the plate herself and asked me to cut into it at the table to make sure it was fine. Before even cutting it, I could tell something wasn’t right. When I did cut into it, it was completely raw — not medium rare, but raw.

The manager then asked how I wanted it prepared. I said medium rare. She asked if I wanted it put back on the grill again. At that point, after almost two hours in the restaurant, I said absolutely not — I didn’t want anything and wasn’t paying for it. She gave a brief apology, yanked the plate off the table, and walked away.

What makes this worse is that this was my birthday dinner. I didn’t mention that to anyone at the time, but it made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing.

We understand restaurants get busy, but the lack of service, attitude from both the server and manager, and how the situation was handled was unacceptable.

We went to a Longhorn 10 yrs ago and the steak was terrible. We went yesterday and the steak is still terrible. Very bland and tough regardless of how you get it cooked. My husband got his medium well and it was still tough. The shrimp, rice, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, corn on the cob, and loaded baked potato were extremely delicious.
The staff during our visit was extremely loud and seemed to be having the best conversation while orders were dying under the heat lamp.
Our waitress was nice and very helpful. Our meals were $30 a piece at least Longhorn could buy some quality steak, very disappointing

4 stars because the service is always good but the food be a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is really good and cooked perfectly then the next it’s either undercooked or overcooked. I will never come back on a Monday night because my steak was overcooked and my shrimp was so greasy and wasn’t fried all the way. The manager was able to make the shrimp over but couldn’t replace my requested medium well steak that was well done
