No one likes to have a bunch of customers come in just before closing. So when we showed up with a soccer team of 18, thirty minutes before closing, I would have understood if we were denied service. This subway has been denying all Bogo deals on the app. Even though back on Dec 28 2023 all subways were supposed to stop denying coupons and mobile deals including bogo deals. I will be calling corporate in the morning to deal with the issue because it’s bologna that us as loyalty rewards members get denied after spending so much money in this franchise. I’ll drive an hour to fort myers for a better sub until this place figures out how to follow the guidline

Absolutely horrible service, worst subway experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. Employees not knowledgeable about their own products that they are selling nor are they familiar on how to make them. I ordered a steak and cheese melt. It’s on the order board in big writing. The associate had no idea what I was talking about. I wasn’t asked about toppings. The melt was toasted in a bag. When I got outside all off the meat was not between the bread but fell out in the bag. I am a regular Google guide and I don’t complain inside establishments. I simply write reviews on my experience and Subway should be ashamed for allowing a location to operate in this manner.

We were craving Subway, so we went to check the prices online and we estimated the amount of money to bring. We ordered and were $2 short. We asked if we can change our order. The manager (I think) was saying how I went to school so I should’ve been able to do simple math it, saying all these things. They were so poor that he got mad over a simple mistake. Like what!? Change the prices if there incorrect , so other ppeople won’t experience the same mistake. Ridiculous.
