This Red Robin is located within the heart of WPB & in one of their retail meccas, the Tanger Outlets. On this particular occasion, they had a special promotion for double the points on all orders (their Royalty Rewards program gives you 1 point per $1 spent, where 100 points becomes a $10 reward for you to redeem). Since I had to use my $10 reward before it expired soon, I took them up on this offer.
For takeout, I placed my order through their app, which was easy to operate & processing your payment via gift card or credit card was hassle-free too. I ordered the red double tavern burger (modified with no lettuce) with steamed broccoli (just love the fact that you can substitute or swap sides especially if you’re health-conscious, but some sides may have an up cost) & for my appetizer, I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless chicken bites with blue cheese & Yukon kettle chips.
Once I arrived, the hostess was attentive & immediately greeted me. I was also quite pleased that my order was well-ready before the estimated time listed (as I have had plenty of bad experiences before at other establishments, where my orders were nowhere near ready according to their ETAs).
As for the food, the red double tavern burger has a unique-tasting secret sauce that is pretty similar to McDonald’s Big Mac sauce, but Red Robin’s burger was by far much more delicious & tastier! The red double tavern burger patties are mushed together like a smash burger—making them mouthwatering juicy & flavorful! The garlic parmesan chicken bites were cooked well with just the right amount of garlic sauce & parmesan. The side of Yukon kettle chips were perfectly crunchy, lip-smacking good & seemed to have come from a freshly fried batch! In fact, their Yukon chips are indeed the best-tasting kettle chips that I’ve ever had before—that it made me regret not dining in for their unlimited refills, lol!
Overall, I was very satisfied with my takeout experience & will certainly be coming back for more Yummm at Red Robin!

Red Robin is one of those places that evokes a sense of nostalgia—memories of childhood outings and the promise of a hearty, all-American meal. After many years away, I decided to revisit, curious to see if it would live up to the impression it once left on me.
Service was commendable; the waitress was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Seating was prompt, which speaks well of the restaurant’s organization during the lunch hour. The atmosphere was pleasantly calm, with music kept at a low volume that allowed for easy conversation. I also appreciated the ample parking and the fact that the clientele seemed composed of regular, everyday diners—no rowdy crowds, at least during midday.
As for the food, while it was well-prepared and satisfying, it didn’t quite ignite the palate in the way I had hoped. The flavors were good but lacked the spark or depth that might make me eager to return. Still, for someone who has never been to Red Robin, there is a certain charm in the experience. It’s a place that may not astonish the seasoned diner, but it could very well strike a chord of joy for newcomers.
In sum: Red Robin offers solid service, a comfortable environment, and a taste of tradition. It may not be extraordinary, but it is reliably pleasant—a reminder that sometimes, food is more about the memories it carries than the flavors themselves.

Walked in at 8:30 pm they close at 10 said to what looked like the manager I need a table for three and the girl ( long blonde hair )that was standing up there with another girl said it’s almost 9. Like she didn’t want to take us.The whole process of getting a table awkward took to long and was unprofessional. Then hostess sat us at a dirty table. We wanted leave but hungry. Just started off really bad then manager had to come ask us if any server had been over yet. Just weird!!! Let’s see what happens next. Server was great though!

Terrible service! My family and I came to this location for dinner on a slow night. The service was bad to begin with and our server had the vibe that she didn’t want to be serving us. Food was good and came out fast. When we went to pay we had coupons we had purchased as a deal previously and we wanted to use them to get money off on our food. I also ordered another drink and she forgot to bring it out and when we asked her to remove it, it took 20 minutes. They were unwilling to help with our bill. She asked her manager to help ,and her manager, Jay ,came over to tell us he had another problem on the other side of the restaurant. Our server never came back to help nor did the manager after another 20 minutes. Not even a “hey i’m so sorry I’ll be right with you”. They did not even care! If you are not fit to deal with problems on both sides of the restaurant you are not cut out for the job! I have been in customer service for many years and the way they treated us was unacceptable. It should not take 40 minutes to pay a bill. When we were leaving and just gave up with the coupons our server came over to tell us how sorry she was. Mind you she did not try to help with the bill at all. I told her that I did not want to speak to her because I was over it and she told me I was rude. I did not give a rude tone, just simply told her to cut it out if she didn’t help. I told her I was sorry she felt that way and to have a good day. She then stormed off. As we were leaving we asked the name on the manager, and the manager finally reappears. We told him we were very unhappy with our service because we have been coming to this location for 10+ years. He told us to have a nice day – still not willing to help or give us a coupon for our next visit. Very unhappy

Except for bartender Danielle and her attentive service, everything else was a disappointment. I ordered a medium-well burger with coleslaw and French fries. The burger bun didn’t taste fresh, and the patty was overcooked and very dry. The coleslaw seemed to have no mayonnaise at all. The fries were okay, but not crispy. We also asked for water, and it had a bad smell, either from the glass or the water itself.

My and me boys went here for the first time after visiting Arcadia and my first server (young girl) was horrible. Either she judged me because I was a female alone without my husband with 3 young boys or she just can’t handle more than one table or maybe she just didn’t want to serve my table although she doesn’t know us. Either way it had to be something because the way she took forever to come greet us…and then when she finally came to my table, totally rushed me, turned her back on me multiple times while I was giving her our drink orders and then had the audacity to tell me “if you’re not ready, I can come back because I have another table I need to go to”…I was like what, am I being punked? I started getting so frustrated, I finally said “you know what if you g ot other things to do please go do that because I don’t want to feel rushed”. She literally said okay and walked towards the kitchen. The rudest waitress I’ve EVER encountered at a restaurant (and we don’t go out to eat often…very rare for my family). However, the manager Jermaine saved the day. As soon as I was about to leave he was walking by and asked if we were helped yet….I told him what happened and he immediately apologized, became our server and was awesome. He treated us very well..just nice, respectful and the way guest should be treated overall. I wish managers could get tips because I definitely would’ve blessed him well. I refused to leave a tip once I paid knowing it wouldn’t go to him and would’ve possibly went to that little rude girl. Not sure if I will ever go back there because first impressions are lasting ones for me but I definitely appreciate the manager Jermaine a lot.

Great burgers and shakes. They have a wide selection of burgers, appetizers and fun flavors of shakes. They also have a large variety of drinks. You get unlimited sides with your burger. You can ask for refills on your fries or other side until you can’t eat anymore. Onion ring tower only lasted 5 minutes.

Great place for burgers and bottomless fries or other side dishes. The service was quick, the burgers delicious, and our waitress was very nice. Once you’re done, no need to wait for the waitress to bring the bill, you just pay at your table using the little tablet-like device on the table. That’s super convenient and efficient!

I am obsessed with Red Robin and this location in particular. We have a favorite table and now a favorite server too. Danielle recognized us tonight and immediately brought my son’s drink out. She’s always so patient with him. The food is always fantastic and I dream about the bottomless steak fries. We came tonight for the summer specials: peach-berry freckled lemonade for my brother and the backyard BBQ pork nachos for my husband. I’ll be sad when the summer specials are gone. Good thing the popping purple lemonade is here year-round.
