Welcome to Mi México! We are a family-owned restaurant where tradition blends with authentic flavor! Our story began in 1991 in the city of Bellingham, Washington, where Antonio Amador, our motivated founder, established his first restaurant to much success. Our story continues when Antonio Amador and his cousin Modesto Ramos decided to try their luck at expanding in the state of Colorado in 1999.
Colorful, family-friendly Mexican cantina offering a wide range of classic, hearty dishes & drinks.

Server William was great attention to detail came back to make sure we had all that we needed. The Food was well prepared but, the Tamales was some what dry, rice tasted like Spanish rice and needed no improvement. The Chili Rieno was traditionally prepared. I enjoyed the food and Atmosphere.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The food is fantastic. We moved back to the springs from Denver and have been struggling finding a good place with good Mexican food … UNTIL NOW!!!! The green chili has a kick but is not overwhelming, the rice is FANTASTIC and don’t even get me started on the tacos!!!! Also, they don’t serve just salsa with their chips!!!! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!!

I love it when I go to a restaurant and I am provided with good service.
William, our server was awesome. Pleasant, prompt and on point.
The presentation of the food was good.
The portion sizes were a bit on the large side.
But, as many of you know, I’m a Latina and as I’ve said before, I’m very critical of Mexican food.
But as a whole, the food was good and I would say that most people will enjoy it.
The “top shelf Margarita” was tasty. The portion size was a little on the small side compared to the price.
See the pictures and enjoy.
We will be back!

We came in a group of nine not sure if it was too much for the waiter. Service was slow, waited to order for a while after the menus were down. Clean, quite and relaxed authentic atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly bathrooms clean.

The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere. The food was horrible I wouldn’t even serve it in a nursing home, the wait staff never came back and checked on me and I had to look for someone for my check. You might get a lot of food but it’s way overpriced for the quality of food. This is not real authentic Mexican food. You could get stuff like this at a nasty convenience store location around the world, except in Mexico. When I go to a Mexican restaurant I wanted to be authentic with authentic flavors and every flavor here is commercial and very Bland. I would not feed it to my dog because I would be afraid that it would give my dog diarrhea like it did me. And do not order the chile relleno, you only get a small piece of chili and the rest of it is cheese. Save your money and cook at home or find yourself a small Carniceria. This place is for old people in nursing homes. I repeat do not waste your money on this place

Plenty of free parking out front. Big place, but the layout really works and it doesn’t feel like a warehouse. The interior is lovely and the chair back designs are a colorful touch. Excellent and attentive service and the food was very tasty. We have young kids with us and they liked the food (thankfully). We’ll be back.

1st time here and everything was great! Started with a wonderful server, Poncho. I let him know I was with my FIL and his GF and both have dementia. He understood and was very patient with us the entire meal. I got the combo plate, chicken enchilada and tamale and both were great. Its hard to find good tamale’s and this place has some good ones. Also, the salsa and bean dip were nice to have. Not many places give you both as the “free” appetizer. I will be coming back. Again, Poncho served us very well and we were all very happy.

1st time here & it was amazing!!! Everyone was very welcoming! The environment was very comforting & decorated with pretty Christmas decor. They give complimentary chips salsa & bean & cheese dip. We ordered 3 chicken enchiladas with rice & beans smothered & a vegetarian expresso burrito. The food was so delicious & very well portioned. The overall bill was $35! Well spent! Thanks for having us and well be back again!

The food and service especially was exceptional, when we usually come in as a table of eight we tend to have less than great service, but here the staff was attentive and helpful, the menu was huge (I believe it was about 13 pages) and a little tough to make a decision. Our chips and salsa were very rarely gone and our drinks were always filled, even staff members who weren’t serving our table was helping out with refills. The food was also very good and tasty. Overall we would entirely recommend this restaurant.
