Honeypie was opened in 2009 and from the very beginning our goal has been to make great, Midwestern-inspired food from scratch. From our pickles to our pie crust we believe that good food is rooted in the way our grandparents used to cook. Real food made by hand with real ingredients. We use as many local meats, produce and other ingredients as we can. In fact, the majority of our ingredients at Honeypie are sourced from Wisconsin.
Retro-style eatery with patio serving creative comfort food & desserts made from local ingredients.

My Reuben & Truffle Fries were not great, for me. The Corned Beef was somewhat chewy. That’s not good. I liked the rye bread and sauce, but this was a big miss for me for a Reuben. The truffle fries have good flavor, but seemed a bit over-salted. My wife had the Club Sandwich and fries and said slightly over salted a bit too, but still pretty good. My two sons had two sandwiches and both were good, so maybe skip the Reuben and you’ll all be happy. Or maybe this, just not the Reuben’s best showing.
Nice place, good service, worth the visit.
However, our pie was missing from the order. BUT, their exceptional customer service saved the day! The manager personally delivered the correct pie to our home, along with extra treats and a generous $20 gift card!
Impressed by their kindness and dedication. We’ll definitely return!
Walking in you immediately get the cute diner/cafe vibes with the pie case and artwork you’re met with. We went around 2pm and we immediately got a seat and great service.
I ordered the burger after a server recommendation and it was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the toppings all melded together amazingly. We also ordered the corn muffins which had a hint of sweetness and were perfectly warm. Others ordered the Caesar salad, breakfast casserole, and the hopple popple scramble. Rave reviews for those as well. You get your moneys worth as well, there is LOTS of food in each option.
We also got slices of the Chocolate Cream Pie and Salted Caramel Pie, so glad we did. The Chocolate was perfectly rich with great whipped cream. The salted caramel was one of the best cream pies ive ever had. The chocolate crust and whipped cream tied it together perfectly with almost a cheesecake vibe. SO YUMMY!
-We have returned multiple times and its always amazing. The breakfast casserole is my all time favorite!
