Just went through this drive through. Only accepting cash no problem order my combo meal. Had to wait extra to get my change. Had to wait and get attendants attention because they forgot to give me my drink. I get home and there are no fries in the bag. Nobody goes to McDonald’s and not get fries with their combo meal. I was the only customer in the drive through at the time I am sure the present staff can do better and provide more accurate service.

Every person behind the counter lacks any sense of urgency, even when there’s 10+ people gathering in the front due to messed up orders, needing drink cups, doordash, etc. Your order WILL be either incorrect, cold, or both and it WILL take 20+ minutes to receive it. There are 2 tables that have LEDs though which is kinda cool

I’m not a picky person, and I rarely leave reviews. Especially for McDonald’s where my only expectation is the speed and reliability of the place. I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s 3 times, and every time they either missed something or screwed up my order. My last order was some nuggets and a sandwich. I did not get any sauce which I specifically added to my order, I got 1 less nugget than what I ordered, and the sandwich was messed up. I do not anticipate perfect quality and presentation but 0/0/3 orders fulfilled is just unacceptable even for McDonald’s. I might’ve let this slip even if they got 1 of my things right. The 2 other McDonald’s does not have this issue.
Management should really step in and correct whatever laziness or stupidity is going on here. The incompetency of the people working here is just ridiculous.

I usually LOVE this location, food is always hot and frappe machine always works. But today, the entire lobby was filled at 12 noon with people waiting upwards of 40 mins to an hour for their order while the drive thru consistently moved with no wait. If the workers stop focusing on that damn time leaderboard and focus on getting orders out to customers waiting inside, then the day would have moved smoothly.

Went to this location on 3/6/25 around 8:45 pm. Sat in drive through 30 minutes just to order, waited in line and additional 15 minutes to pay just to pull up to the window and the young gentleman tell me that he couldn’t find my order. So I responded back that it’s probably b/c a few customers drove off. Then he says that he couldn’t cash me out, then he walks up front, comes back and says that his manager said that they was out of tea( mind you I ordered a half gallon sweet tea and a half gallon unsweet tea, so y’all are out of both ♀️). So I state to him that they literally made me sit in line all that time just to tell me that!!! I just drove off furious!! That’s BS that they was out of tea!! They were very unprofessional, unorganized and messy!!!

Ordered through DoorDash tn they didn’t send my milkshake so I went up there instead of contacting DoorDash and the big heavy set light skin women said “once it leaves my premises I can’t do anything “ like MAAM YOU FORGOT MY MILKSHAKE MIND YOU IT WAS 5$!!! 2. Yall need to chill being Karen’s, I’ve worked in McDonald’s, it’s high stress and a lot of orders get mixed accidentally and mistakes happen during rush hours, especially for new hires. Best to just go in McDonald’s calmly and talk to someone.
3. Atmosphere is okay, sometimes not very clean, I do understand people go in and out, so it’s not always the workers fault.

the food was fine, i got a medium fry and it was fresh and my frappe was perfect. the bathroom was the problem. it was absolutely disgusting and the young man at the front looked at me when i started walking near it like he was worried. i should’ve known. these are only a few pictures. things were much worse in person.
