This is my new favorite Brewery, great beer and good food. They had a great selection of beers for all palates and a large variety of cocktails. The food was phenomenal! Exceeded my expectations for brewery food.
The chicken lollipops were juicy and spicy. My burger was grilled to perfection. The chicken pasta was cooked just right not to hard not to soft and the sauce was creamy and delicious. Looking forward to my next visit to try more of their menu.

Super cute, fun brewery and restaurant. Their beers are tasty and the food is great! Great views and dog friendly patio. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Went on NYE for early dinner and drinks. Yes it’s a brewery but they ALWAYS have fabulous cocktails. Our waitress was quick to offer some drink recs and they were fabulous! Great service. The Bangin’ cauliflower is a MUST. The restaurant is garage/car themed and the seating area is surrounded in glass “garage” doors which make for a stunning view of the mountains. Beautiful seating area with fire pit.

Fantastic!!! Wonderful brewery just off of I-25 with a great patio!! Staff was friendly and attentive. The beer was good and they offered an extensive menu. Beer flights are offered. Good cocktails were also available. We ordered a burger, burrito, and the Maple Bourbon Salmon. It was all delicious. The salmon was PERFECTION!! I highly recommend this spot!!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Genevieve was an exceptional server, genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly understanding of my daughter’s celiac needs. She took the time to walk us through their gluten free options and made sure everything felt safe and stress free, which means the world to a parent.
The gluten free options were plentiful and, more importantly, delicious. Everyone at the table felt well taken care of.
Great food, outstanding service, and a place that truly cares about its guests. We will absolutely be back.

Absolutely blown away by the fried chicken sandwich here! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, layered with fresh pickles and a tangy sauce that balanced the flavors beautifully. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold it all together without getting soggy. I also had the tater tots on the side—crispy, golden, and slightly sweet with a fluffy interior. You can tell they care about flavor and texture here. Definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in the area. The staff were also super friendly and attentive. —I’ll be back soon!

When we got here, there were about 10 tables out on the patio during rush hour, and without a doubt, Jazime was killing it! She handled everything so well- super friendly, attentive, and efficient. Best food and service! We love this restaurant and our dog does too!

What a fantastic find! After a great hike at St. Vrain State Park, we decided to check out Collision Brewing, and it did not disappoint. From the moment you arrive, you can see the attention to detail in their branding and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we headed straight to the bar to explore their beer selection and menu.
Eric provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. The beers were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. I had the carnitas enchiladas, which were absolutely delicious, while my wife opted for the vegetarian mushroom melt, and she loved it.
Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this place again!
