My first food experience with Season Of Tokyo was a great one. I had ordered the Chicken Yakisoba and it came with fried rice, zucchini and onions. The food was fresh and well cooked. The lady working there was really nice as well. I will definitely order again. I also like that they have military discount for active members and veterans.

My first and last visit! I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp Entrée; under $20. Less than 45 seconds later, my number was called. I immediately knew the food was pre-cooked. It was awful. One taste of so-called Fried Rice and I wanted to take it up there and get my money back, but I had been on the go since 5:30 am, hadn’t eaten all day and it was nearly 6:30 pm already. The steak was tough, overcooked and under-seasoned. The onions were raw. The shrimp and broccoli were actually undercooked. I ate like a starving person, furious with every bite. My food got cold in less than a minute. In the MIDDLE of the mound of what can only be called White Rice with soy sauce, was a long hair. It’s either blonde or white. It’s not mine. I was beyond disappointed. I will never go back there! Oh and no A/C inside. I don’t know why. Either it’s broken or management is too cheap to turn it on! My food was cooked awhile ago and that’s beyond unacceptable; except for the rice and broccoli. I understand precooking those, but steak, shrimp, zucchini and onions should’ve been cooked to order. The service was fine. She took my order and handed it to me less than 45 seconds later…sigh. I was willing to wait for it to be freshly prepared. I was excited to try this place because it’s only a few blocks from home. I won’t be back. They should take the words; Tokyo and Hibachi out of their name. They don’t deserve to call themselves that! I had such high hopes and it was a 100% failure. For what I was served, it wasn’t worth the money at all.

First time coming here, the lady at the register was super nice and sweet. Talks a little quite but I also have bad hearing could just be me lol. I ordered the shrimp bowl (comes with rice, shrimp, and broccoli) was $12.55 and comes with a drink (drink for dine in only). Food came out super fast I was still grabbing my sauce and filling up my cup! Food was delicious, loved the broccoli (I’m not a huge broccoli fan either but it was just that good) would definitely recommend their white sauce as well! Overall super friendly, quick, and comfortable.

It is fast food hibachi so if you order hibachi chicken or hibachi steak expect it to be well done… we always order the ribeye and choose the temp and it is always correct and delicious! Their fried rice is amazing! We also really love their hot sauce! If you want good hibachi spend a little more to get an upgraded option!

I went to buy my favorite 3 meat plate, I asked for it to go. Usually when I bought something, they give me my white sauce and the forks without me asking. Now I went and since my bag didn’t have any of that, it was easy for me to go to the window to ask for it. The lady in charge served me with a very bad attitude, upset because I didn’t take the sauce and the forks inside. She told me that there would be an extra cost. It doesn’t seem fair to me if I’m buying the food right there.

The portion they give you for the amount of money that you spend is outrageous doesn’t make sense. The one on Rivers Avenue is a lot better. I’ve been here three times. This is the last time try to give them more chances but I just can’t do it. I did give y’all a chance and I failed time at the time.

Yes, it’s a chain, but it turned out to be a great discovery. The food was fantastic and quick! We had the shrimp and chicken combo—the shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was flavorful, tender and juicy. While the dining atmosphere wasn’t anything special, it was clean. We’re also excited to finally have a spot on our side of town. We’ll definitely be back and hope it sticks around for a while!

Food is… decent. Last visit, the food ended up tasting off, and like another review said, they skimped out on meat portions. Spent 50 dollars on food and it didn’t even reach the lid like they would at the Rivers Location. Gave this place 2 chances. That was enough. Won’t be back unless they know how to fix it.
