If you go to Popeyes, you’re going because the chicken is awesome. To do that, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes. And for Popeyes, waiting a few minutes is worth it. It’s not overly long or anything. But it does guarantee your sandwich is going to be fresh and hot and crispy and delicious. Worth the wait.

I have a hate/love relationship with this location. I think the food tastes pretty good each time I go here, dare I say delicious. But for some reason, every single time I go there they mess up the order in some way and it is beyond frustrating. I cant trust them whatsoever and I always pull off to the side to check the order when I go through the drive through. I shouldn’t have to rummage every single box, bag, and corner of my order just to see if its all there. But every time they miss a sauce, or a honey, or a biscut, or even a whole tender. I just dont get it.

So I went in to order a 12 pc chicken basket combination and when I got home to prepare plates for my family they gave me chicken tender not what I ordered if I could I would give them a zero star and when I tried to call them that they screwed up no one picks up the phone. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away I would just drive back up there. This is not the first time they screwed up on my order I’m not going to go back they lost a customer for good.

Whenever I get food from here it’s usually an online order but they’re pretty good about everything. Food is always good and quality. Everything is usually right with my order. Never an issue with anyone at the window. I’m pleased overall. Last time I came they gave me a mini hockey puck portion of Mac and cheese that didn’t even cover the bottom of the small container and was pretty crusted over. It was disappointing but whatever. It was the only bad experience I had. Would still go back

I haven’t eaten in almost 2 days, was soooo hungry! I stopped by Popeyes and got two chicken sandwiches. They were super fresh, classic with pickles and mayonnaise. Very good! Never had chicken sandwich from them before. Nice people, thanks.

Terrible customer service. Very bad language barrier!! Drive-thru order 12 wings..says 5 mins, pull to side to wait, then had to go in after 15 min. Took another 15 min to get the food!! Terrible service!!
