Great food and excellent atmosphere. The steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the shrimp had amazing flavor, and even the bread was outstanding. Beers were ice-cold and refreshing. Overall, a great place to enjoy a solid meal and a good time. Highly recommended.

this is sadly now the third time in a row I have had the 8 ounce fillet at this location and had it undercooked severely. I ordered a medium, and consistently either receive medium rare or rare. Whoever is cooking these steaks either does not have their ServSafe certification, OR is doing the touch method. Either way they CLEARLY don’t know steak cook temps which is disappointing for a steak chain. past two times I have eaten there and had this problem where to go orders and the first time was an in person order dining in

This was the best experience we have had at any Texas Road house. The service was so good. The kid that seated us was wonderful and our Waitress was excellent too. The manager came by to say hello. The food was excellent. It was very noticeable. Just watching the staff they seemed to actually like being there as well. A+

I usually don’t post reviews because we don’t go out as often as we used to because it has gotten expensive to do so. So, we were really looking forward to a good dining experience. We were seated rather quickly since we did call ahead. The server was very nice and attentive at first. We had an appetizer and salads, all were great. All three of us had 3 different steaks, not thrilled at all with the cuts. My husband’s was an extremely fatty cut raw and difficult to cut. We did ask the waiter to bring up the temp some to see if that helped. Once he brought it back it was just ok. My steak was tough and no flavor. Our bake potatoes came out hard and weren’t fully cooked. We did bring it to our servers attention and he offered something else. We chose sweet potatoes, our server then came bake and said those were all hard too. He brought us some fries to try and compensate and they obviously had been sitting awhile. Over all, we were very disappointed.

My wife and I went here yesterday. While there were many people waiting we were seated immediately since we were just a party of two. Our server, Sam, was fantastic. She offered suggestions and was “just the right amount” of help and had a wonderful personality. The food, ribs for me and sirloin steak for my wife,, were both cooked perfectly. All in a all, a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend! My boyfriend ordered the steak, ribs and green beans and I had the portobello gravy chicken with Mac n cheese and mushrooms. The food tasted like it came straight from heaven! It was amazing! Our server was very upbeat and good at her job. Our whole experience was fantastic! If you haven’t been here please do yourself a favor and give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

We came for kids night tonight and were charged $10.99 per kids meal. It is advertised that kids meals are $1.99 each with purchase of adult meal (see attached photo of advertisement). I ordered the adult bone-in ribeye. I always send my credit card before seeing the bill cause with two kids we are always in a hurry. Apparently my kids usual order of kid’s ranger steak is not part of the deal, however, no one informed us of this. On the way out I talked to the hostess, showed her our receipt and she told us. I am not happy with this experience. They need to be more transparent. Very disappointed. Our waiter Zach was great, excellent service despite not knowing/informing us about the charge ordeal. And the food was solid.

From Maddy who seated us (best belt buckle and attitude ever) to our server Marcus B the service was great. Food was consistent and great as usual. Can’t beat the hot rolls right out of the oven and the in house honey cinnamon butter. Had the strip and ribeye both with salads and loaded sweet potato. Pics speak for themselves.
