They upgraded the app so you can order without a bun! YAY!! We went primarily for the new SpongeBob meals for the kids. The burgers were really unique. Son said the pie was AMAZING! But they were out of the frozen drink that is supposed to come with it. I ordered without a bun, since no GF option, and the cheese was so lopsided and I asked for extra mayo. Which i get without a bun, maybe they didnt want to put mayo on it bc it would be messy, but they didnt even give me the packets. We had to ask. All in all, it was mid. Fast food for a family of four now costs like $60. So I have higher expectations than what I got.

This place loves to charge you for things without actually doing them. The last 6 chicken sandwiches I have ordered with cheese ended up not having any when I got home. It’s no problem for you to charge me 60 cents per sandwich but I guess the cheese is too much effort. Would’ve loved to talk to a manager but your phone is always busy for some reason.

I wouldn’t even give this a one star if I didn’t have to, I had the absolute worst experience at a fast food drive-through and I’ve had a lot of experience. First, I pull up to the drive through to order my food and there is a lady in front of me. We sit there for about 10 minutes before she drives off so then I pull up to the speaker. Nobody was speaking to me or let me know how much longer it would be or anything (which I’m assuming why the lady in front of me sped off) so I pull on up to the window to make sure everything’s OK and to make sure they’re still gonna be able to take my order. The lady opens the window and I say hey what’s going on? Are you gonna be able to take my order? and she tells me they are too busy, And then the manager is standing behind her, and she literally, no joke, tells her to shut the window in my face, and the worker then proceeds to do just that. so i drive off. I will be getting names and I will be taking this complaint further on up. And the craziest thing about it is I get breakfast at this Burger King at least two mornings every week. this Is not a way to treat a customer, I will get my get back. I have a camera in my car so everything was caught on camera. also, there were two cars in the drive-through (me being one of them) and the parking lot was empty, so I really don’t understand how they were so busy. (The same two ladies have given me attitude before multiple times, but nothing to this extreme) They remind me of like 50 and 60 year-old bullies Who probably buddy up after work and talk about customers and other employees. Like grow up, I hope they see this, I can’t believe they’re still being rude to people at their big ol age. shame shame. 🙂

Burger King is my oldest son’s fave place to eat. This specific location is quick, accurate and in the case something in the order is wrong, they fix it immediately and give the option to pick up as long as you give your name and the receipt number and time of sale. Its clean, staff is friendly, bathrooms are always clean. I give this location 5 stars and recommendations always.

This is the best Burger King I have visited. My order was ready almost as soon as I placed it. The employees are friendly and professional and the restaurant was very clean. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this location over the Jonesborough one.

If you don’t like your job find a new one. I did nothing for the lady handing me the bag to be disrespected and talked down to. There was zero reason to be disrespectful to me, especially since I was nothing but nice and respectful to her. The gentleman that took my money, he was awesome and should give a class to there lady handing the food out the window. Probably won’t be back here.
