Today I visited this location with my daughter and ordered a Kids Meal (nuggets, milk, fruit cup, sauces, and toy) and separately redeemed a reward for fries using my points. The cashier even called a manager to process the redemption, so everything was clearly communicated.
However, the fruit cup was missing because they replaced it with fries instead of redeeming the fries separately. I had to return to fix that and have my points scanned again. The sauces were also missing, then the toy was missing, and even the straw for my daughter’s milk was not provided.
In total, I had to walk back and forth four times just to receive a complete order.
On top of that, there was loud floor cleaning near the trash area during peak dining hours, with noticeable smell and noise.
Mistakes happen, but the repeated errors and lack of service recovery were disappointing.

Whatever it is you’ve done to your fries, it’s nasty. My fries smell like movie theater popcorn butter. You can taste ig on the fries. I’m definitely not coming back. You should really tell your guests when you try something new. I feel like you just don’t care for the customers as much anymore.

Whoever the lady was working the counter by herself tonight completely skipped over me, did not greet or apologize to me for skipping over. She had words for everyone but myself. I’ve never met her in my life so I dont know why she just didnt like me but she didnt. I needed to get an Uber eats order delivered and waited very patiently. She did not say thank you or goodbye. I will not eat here or do business. I do not recommend this place.

Ok so… I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos. NO hash browns (yuk) on the inside. I couldn’t get lite cheese; so, I got cheese on the side. Unfortunately, I had to go back inside the bldg to get the cheese and my burritos looked sad! Only 4pcs of sausage. I’m glad I ordered a side of sausage. Amazing!! I wonder if they give u 4pcs of chicken in that burrito. Hmm.

Food great as usual, customer service usually good, great team attitude. I don’t understand what happened this time. Got the number 1 order (medium drink, medium fry, chicken sandwich, a.k.a. order couldn’t have been smaller and easier to fulfill). Got drink and was told to move up to red sign. Saw 3-4 orders behind me (ordered after I did) that got their food and were prioritized before me, including one order that had 4 drinks and a large bag of food. In cases of many orders, sometimes smaller orders that can be fulfilled quicker get prioritized, but mine couldn’t have been smaller. I want to know why I was considered less important than customers behind for no reason, but I know I won’t get an explanation.

Please do not go to this chicfila (Main Street the colony) Carmen Stork was completely ridiculous. I found hair in my sandwhich and I let her know my appetite was ruined because of it so I didn’t want her to just replace my meal as I wasn’t going to eat it. Her options was to replace the meal that day or just give my 5 dollars back ( the amount my sandwhich cost) I understand things happen but why not apologize and give the customer service chicfila is known to do and make it right. (I asked for a gift card for next time and to just give me back my 5 dollars for this order) Was it wrong to expect to get a gift card or a reward for next time? I thought it was fair as I wasted time and effort to come back to the store and again their should not have been hair in my food to began with. (Additionally, I initially called the store location first and Carmen made me send photos of the hair to her personal phone and made me come into the store, why couldn’t she just reimburse the costs I spent over the phone? When I came back to the store to give them the food and she said that no one has hair that color (red/brown) but she has red/brown hair? And prior to this interaction I called her store and she asked for pictures of the hair in the sandwhich, like she didn’t believe me? And when I got to the store she let me know that no one in the preparing staff had that brown red hair. This situation was completely ridiculous. I believe it was her hair ( and for context by the attitude she was giving me and her overall rudeness it seemed as if she thought I purposely put the hair in the sandwhich even though my family and I have black hair)

Terrible management. Asked them to fix an order and was told they couldn’t because my order was from a different store. Then I asked them to sell me a piece of chicken so I could stick it in the sandwich that was missing the chicken and they told me no.
Definitely not coming back to this location.
