Can’t say enough good things about the employees here! Friendly, fast, helpful and how they keep the place clean. I observed one delivering coffee to a table and so pleasant to the customer! Another gentleman took our tray and asked if there was anything else he could assist with, also offering us to help with kiosk order. Got the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches which were hot and fresh as was the coffee. Thanks again!

Very good McD’s restaurant in Boulder City. Large sized dining area, with a good size parking lot, well-maintained facility, clean restrooms, and an indoor playground for your kids. The “personal touch” is no longer present, since everything is done through a kiosk machine without any human interface. The food was much better than most of the other McD’s we have in Las Vegas and Henderson area; fresher taste. Love all the brass statues around the front of the restaurant.

The location is stunning. Very convenient to take the bus to Las Vegas.

What happened? Our local McDonald’s used to be so clean. They used to have the friendliest staff members. I have great memories of my kids and their friends hanging out here. This place is now filthy, unwelcoming and costmer service is inexistent. There’s literally nobody behind the counter. You are now expected to place your order at the kiosk and pay with a card. So, what if you don’t know how to use the kiosk or what if you don’t have a credit card? Our elderly don’t know how to maneuver these kiosks nor care for them. My kids don’t have a credit card, does this mean that my kids or our elderly are no longer welcome here? The restaurant seems to be runned by one person who seems to mostly concentrate in the kitchen completely out of view; this makes it impossible to get any kind of assistance with anything. When did McDonald’s decided that their Boulder City costmers are unworthy of a good quality service? We are a traditional town and deserve a more traditional and personal service approach. Also, when your restaurant is so filthy, it makes us wonder what your kitchen looks like. Do better.

This location is constantly sending people to wait in a designated area for their food instead of simply having it ready. Today’s case was the breaking point. 6 pm, right in the heart of dinner time, and a bunch of cars are sent to wait…FOR FRIES?! How on Earth do you not have fries ready during dinner time?! It’s not like we ordered pies or some other special item, we ordered the most popular item…and had to wait over 10 MINUTES as 6 or 7 cars went past. Are we supposed to believe that none of them ordered fries? Absolute joke. Whoever is the store manager, get this crap figured out!
On top of that, they often will have the soda machine messed up where it gives brown carbonated water instead of soda. That should never happen. This location used to be very good and I had it at 5 stars, but I finally got too fed up with constantly having to just sit and rot near their drive thru when I should be home eating. Ridiculous.

I’ve been a contractor with mcdonalds for more then 13 years. I installed 4 entire store a week for 6 of those years. I go to Vegas a few times a month and stop through your location twice a month. You consistently put out the freshest, hottest and the classic taste you think back as a child what McDonalds should taste like. Just thought you should know…. nice job!

Inadequate bike parking. Don’t even think about bringing your bike/scooter inside, not even for a minute. They expect you to leave it outside where it can get stolen.
Edit for November: Still no bike rack, and the inside of the restaurant was definitely not clean. This is also the most expensive McDonald’s in the valley. How this franchisee charges so much and still doesn’t keep their place clean is beyond me. I was in here for 5 minutes and this is what I observed.

I was passing through and ordered The Sausage Mcmuffin with egg combo with coffee.
The Sausage Mcmuffin hash brown and coffee were really fresh.
