After a full day of flying and getting settled, we headed to BJ’s near the Marriott and ended up spending most of the evening there watching the Jays game. There were four of us, and the service was excellent, staff friendly, quick, and really attentive without being over the top.
Food came out fast and everything was super tasty. We ordered a mix to share: the chicken pot stickers were unreal, the ahi salad looked beautiful and tasted fresh, and the beef dip was absolutely spot on. Even the salads were solid. And the pazookie? That thing was damn near legendary. Way too big for one person, but so good it was hard not to keep going back for more.
It was the perfect spot to relax, eat well, and catch the game after a long travel day. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town.

I used to stop by here much more often but the quality has gone downhill. I believe they are severely understaffed. The restaurant wasn’t very busy either at this time. Nothing is clean, dirty floors, bathroom etc. No paper towels in the men’s restroom& service was very slow. My wife said the women’s restroom didn’t have soap. The food was pretty good but I hope the employees have clean hands.. 2 photos from the men’s restroom. At this point I have no interest in going back to this location.

I had the Triple Chocolate Pizookie® Made With Ghirardelli delivered by UE, from BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse and it was absolutely delicious. Even with the delivery time, the cookies arrived still warm and the ice cream was the perfect consistency. It was not too hard, yet not soft and melting, which is really impressive for a delivered dessert. I am so glad I ordered this because it was exactly the treat I was looking for. It is great to see the quality of a Pizookie stay intact even when you aren’t dining in. These are honestly addicting!

First, the 5 stars are for our server Dee. She was wonderful! Sweet, friendly and very capable. She did all that she could to make our experience a good one. Now…beyond that… they were out of iceberg lettuce, so no wedge salads. And then only as my BJs smokehouse burger was brought out were we informed that they were out of buns. The burger was on2 pieces of white bread We asked to speak to the manager. The hostess eventually came over. She was less than apologetic and only gave excuses. How about some problem solving! There’s a WalMart a mile away! I’m sure they had iceberg lettuce and buns in stock!

This visit everything was good. We sat at the bar, had great service and the food was decent. The Tuttle location has large screens for catching a game. The reason for the four stars is because the consistency varies, which is a bit unusual for a chain place. Overall, we’ll keep BJs on our list and recommend.

Ordered a large deep dish veggie pizza for carry out..It was just smothered in tomato sauce and over baked!There was hardly any cheese or veggie toppings.If I had received. this pizza as a dine in option,I would have sent it right back to the kitchen! Very,very disappointed! Will never order again! A waste of food & my hard earned money!

So I love BJ’s Brewhouse’s in general. Pizookies are my fave. But this one here in OH had the coolest atmosphere and the bar tender TJ? Super cool! Very friendly and attentive. Granted we were there late but he totally could have ignored us to clean up and he didn’t. He totally gave us all the attention we needed! Great service!!!

I always come with my family to have dinner here and always is ok today food was good just a burger was cold but was good we ask to the waitress to heat it up a little bit but I think she didn’t like that after that she start to get so disrespectful the waitress name is MARiSSA she was in a very bad actitudes she barely come to the table and we have to ask more than 3 times for refills and when I was paying she was in a very bad mood and the thing is yes they want good tips ! But serve customers really bad the. Manager was very respectful and polite try handles it but definitely the server needs some training and manners.

Do not get the chicken parmesan. The mozzarella cheese on the chicken not god. The marinara sauce was dried out like it had been microwave or under a heat lamp to long. The sauce tasted like a store brand ( food club or Walmart).
The floor manger was nice tall man. I told him the chicken parmesan was a disappointment. He said oh ok, I will let them know. Then he walked off. The server was nice and understanding. They told me no garlic toast or garlic roll comes with the lunch meal. But they did give me one. The server did ask about dessert but not if I needed a refill on my Mt.Dew. Maybe next time I will try a cheese burger.
