I stopped at this location about an hour ago on my way home to Killeen after a long 12 hour shift in Temple to get my BFF a plain burger and was surprised to see that the McRib is back…so of course I had to get one and it was perfect. Not slapped together with sauce all over, no absolutely perfect plus super fast and friendly customer service. Thank you so much, you made my day.

Today 6 March 2026 we visited the McDonalds on Indian Trail in Harker Heights. We came in from San Antonio to visit my daughter. I must say we had a mixed visit. The store was clean and the food was good. We were extremely pleased with the cashier by the name of YOSHI. This attendant was so professional and had great customer service skills. She should be commended for her courteousness and pleasant demeanor.
Now, while we were eating our meal there was constant screaming and yelling by an employee on a lap top. And from a couple of other employees. I honestly couldn’t enjoy my meal. I almost went up to her and asked her to please quiet down. She acted this way as if she yelled that way all the time. The atmosphere was so terrible. YOSHI was the only employee who helped us not walk out. YOSHI should be recognized and rewarded. This store needs some training. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds.

Apparently the purchasing person is new or non existent. They gladly took our order, accepted our money. Than when the order was ready proceeded to inform us they were out of ketchup, buffalo sauce, fountain drinks and apparently napkins.
And these fast food people think they are entitled to $15.00 per hour. How bout start by getting the process right of having appropriate condiments and drinks as advertised on your menu.

Would rate lower if I could. 5 TIMES, I’ve tried this location, 5 TIMES the workers are rude, incompetent, and just don’t care, wrong orders ALL 5 TIMES! Had to pull forward and wait 5+ minutes every time, on small, simple orders, just to have to have it fixed for being wrong. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles to Kileen. This location is garbage.

Not “fast” food at all, but I guess that’s what you get when they are slaughtering the cows inside and grinding the meat themselves to prepare a gourmet meal for millions. Did not get a receipt, she just closed the window on me. No have a good day. I’m actually still waiting in line writing this review.. I haven’t seen my food yet. Just one car in front of me. I didn’t get my sauce. Sandwich is smashed, and fries have more salt than the ocean.. and everything is just a little warm.

Terrible customer service. Pulled up to the speaker and got “gonna be a moment” and a sigh then after about a minute “name” I had a mobile ordered and wasn’t asked anything about a code like usual. When I told her I had a mobile ordered she sighed real big and yelled out “WhAt” I repeated that i had a mobile order. Then rudely I get “CODE”. I told her the code then she said “K” and that was it! No pull up to the window. You’ve got a keeper McDonald’s great job hiring that one! From rude employees to sloppy made food stay clear of this McDonald’s.

I ordered online for curbside delivery. Checked in when I arrived. A vehicle showed up about 5 minutes after i did. They got their food first. When we got outta i didn’t check it. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong order. Not going to this location again.

I feel bad for the employees like what can you do if management is incapable of simple task such as ordering product. 5 year olds order from Amazon surely a manager can forecast orders for the month to the point where they won’t sell out by 9am , surely this is a task a middle aged person can accomplish

Got the wrong order. Then the girl who was giving the food was just rude as hell. I said babe I had a sprite and then aggressively hands me the drink with a bad attitude. Called the manager and she was just a sweetheart. Thank you to the manager who fixed my order correctly❤️❤️❤️❤️
