I came to this store at 1:30 in the morning on October 13th 2025. It looks like the Kid at the window, was working there by himself and that he went back to make the food personally when I came up to receive it, and when I tell you, it looked like it came from the commercial. It looked like it was made the way of supposed to be made the way he was to be made and with Care I realize that he may not have any customers at this hour so it’s easier to get those things done but even so and that’s the case with other McDonald’s. It’s still a wreck when I get it. It’s damn sure not as presentable as this was if that kid isn’t promoted or given a raise I don’t know what they’re thinking at that McDonald’s but he’s he’s definitely general manager material if not more, he is also very personable. Great customer service wonderful attitude great drive-through time and this is coming from somebody who is a manager of fast food for about 10 years of my life and I’m very picky when it comes to these things I follow the rules to a T and so does he it’s evident Thank you whoever you are I don’t remember your name, but I really appreciate your Customer Service. I really appreciate the way that you made my food and I hope the best for you.

I waited 20 minutes for 2 Iced Coffees! The 20 minutes wait came with no apology and almost no communication. The 2 managers didn’t seem to care and even
though I tried to talk to them, they never looked at me and barely responded. The bathroom was a mess as was the dining room. They said their espresso machine was down for cleaning as I had ordered an extra espresso shot in one of my Iced Coffees. They were trying to refund my purchase which I didn’t ask for and when I realized what they were doing I insisted unjust given me 2 Iced Coffees and forgetting the extra espresso shot that I paid for. Overall, poor skill-set, poor resolution capability and poor communication.

Sign outside said the drive through was open 24 hours, schedule on the door says same thing. Then how come no one answered the drive through? People working in the kitchen but not sure. No one answers phone. 4:00 am

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Came through the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered a steak, egg, & cheese bagel, oatmeal, apple slices, & hash browns. When I got to the window the manager (black lady with the ponytail) was working the drive thru. She gave me watered oatmeal with oats inside. It was not cooked at all. She told me it was supposed to be like that. I have never received water & oats for oatmeal at McDonalds as many times as I ordered. My bagel had no breakfast sauce on it at all. Like none completely. I came inside so I wouldn’t hold up the drive thru. The young man that assisted me at the front was kind. He told me they ran out of breakfast sauce, which he apologized & said they should have told me. He came back with a small bit of breakfast sauce which I was fine with. I asked for a refund for the oatmeal. The manager came to issue my refund had an issue with me being refund. She didn’t speak not one word to me. Basically walked up, did the refund, & walked away. I said “you’re the manager?” Not one response. I said thank you have a great day & she walked away. Not one word. If this is the type of leadership this location has then I’m disgusted. I have never in my life met a manager that was rude & not customer service friendly. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Hope better leadership is found.

I ordered a frappe through the app. Long story short, it took me 45 minutes to get my order and the manager was extremely rude to myself and other customers inside the lobby. She should probably look into some other line of work because clearly she doesn’t like her job.

Absolutely love this location they are the best when it comes to service and the food is always on point. Been going here almost 4-5 days a week for the last 5 years since I moved here and they have never given me any problems and know my order lol. Love this team and I hope they get whatever it is they are wanting out of life!

Went in at 130am and got a 3 piece chicken strip meal with hot mustard sauce and get to work and go in my bag and there is no sauce. Workers probably distracted because they was outside before I pulled in. Straight trash now I got some dry chicken strips no sauce
