MARYSVILLE, Ohio (WCMH) — A Roosters restaurant in Marysville reopened Thursday after renovations and the retirement of its previous owners.

We stopped by Roosters on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly things moved. We were told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, but ended up being seated in about five, which was a nice start.
Our waitress, Anna, was excellent. She brought waters out quickly, was very friendly, and stayed attentive throughout the meal. Especially noticing when our water glasses were getting low without us having to ask.
We ordered two sets of traditional wings, one with honey BBQ sauce and one with Carolina gold. Both were very good. The wings were large, crispy, and generously sauced. These are definitely better than your average chicken wing. The sauces were flavorful without being overwhelming, and everything came out hot and well prepared.
This is also a great spot to catch a game. There’s plenty of seating and lots of TVs, so it’s easy to settle in and enjoy yourself without feeling cramped.
Overall, no complaints at all. Good food, great service, and a solid atmosphere. It’s an easy 5/5 for us.

5 stars! The recent remodel at Roosters is a game-changer—the dining area feels so much more open and spacious now.
Pro tip: Don’t let a full parking lot scare you off! Even when it looks packed outside, the new layout ensures there is actually plenty of seating inside. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the staff was all smiles. Definitely a great vibe and highly recommended!

Just reopened last week and running like a well oiled machine. Wait was quoted 25 min to get seated and it didn’t take that long (Friday night at 5pm so that’s par for the course one week after the reopening) and they under promised and over delivered.
Service was 10/10.. you’d think they’d been open for 40 years. Staff was incredible and highly attentive. Had to hustle to finish my beer before the next one got dropped off.
Food is awesome. Anyone who’s ever been to Roosters knows that. But the turnaround time at full capacity and amazing prices are more than a cherry on top.
I’ll be back tomorrow for lunch. And I won’t stop.

Met an old friend for late dinner at Marysville Roosters, first time visiting your restaurant. Waitress Amarea was ON-POINT FANTASTIC. She was friendly, attentive, personable, fun, and welcoming. She was hospitable! Plus she had a beautiful SMILE every time she checked on us. Our meal was great, never had to ask twice for anything at all. Amarea MADE our night, we will be back because of her. Please give this lovely lady a raise in pay & accolades on her next performance review. She was so FAB, I wrote her name down then & there & put it in my wallet to make SURE I left this feedback when I got home. Great job hiring this gal!

Roosters clearly put in a lot of time and thought into the remodel of this location and it looks great! We had a flawless experience. The service was on point with drinks filled before we had to ask. The food was fresh and hot. We had buffalo cauliflower, potato skins and chicken salads. The layout of the restaurant is open and bright. The noise level was not too loud, but what is expected at a sports bar with TVs at every angle. So happy to have this location opened back up and it will be our go to Roosters from now on.

What a great place for fresh wings! Boneless and traditional. We had both! From the service to the food and the beverages, we were everything BUT disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful for adults and kids, women and men. It’s a busy place with fast service. The food was hot and the drinks were cold! Our waitress, Ms. Rosa was exceptional. She was there for everything we needed and was extremely nice. Her personality reflects on the business, and we will be coming back just due to that.

One star. Tried ordering online from Roosters but the online ordering was turned off, so I called to place a takeout order instead. Sat on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on.
If you’re too busy to take takeout orders, that’s understandable—but leaving someone on hold for half an hour and then hanging up is pretty frustrating.

I did a take out order for lunch. While waiting, I snapped a few shots of this location to post. The manager found it strange and questioned me about it, but this is nothing unusual these days with cameras everywhere, including here. The staff member at the front counter was very helpful and pleasant. My wings were not as good as other locations I have visited around the Cbus area, but I am willing to provide them with another chance. This location is a good size.
