Stopped into this McDonald’s today and honestly didn’t expect much since it’s in an area where you usually see a lot of vagrants and homeless hanging around. But I’ve got to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, and really well-kept. The food was on point, fresh and hot, and the coffee hit just right.

Big credit to the staff here for maintaining such a clean and welcoming McDonald’s. Goes to show that not all locations are the same—this one takes pride in what they do. ☕

This is one of the worst McDonalds EVER in Vegas! They push out food that’s old!! How can you push out food that has been sitting up all day!! Do you want to eat food like that???? And it’s not a first time! You always serve awful food!! Hard bun, dark fish, half slice of cheese! Fries cold, chicken nuggets old! Can you serve any fresh food??? What is management doing? Who’s checking this food????? You may as well cook to order!! You should be ashamed of yourself but I know you’re not!! I called & all you do is pick up the phone & lay it on the counter!!!

[22MAR25] got curious of the retro design and tried to have lunch here. The crew is nice, the inside of the store no longer has the retro vibe, sad. Food came out fine not cold.. restroom has pincodes no open wash area. A solid four for me.

Zero stars if I could. Kiosk wouldn’t let me pay because they didn’t have tent cards. Went to the front counter girl says do you need help. I said I’d like to place an order she says do that at the kiosk. I tell her it’s not working because there’s no tent cards to scan. She says I’ll help you in a moment. I said you can’t just take my order here? She refuses and I leave. Guess I’ll walk back to the hotel and get Starbucks.

This is your average McDonald’s experience. The staff’s demeanor is just as expected, so I suggest you don’t venture too far without double-checking your order; there’s a good chance something is missing. However, when those fries are hot and fresh, they leave other fast-food competitors in the dust.

All the above was terrible from the service to the food to the night manager and worker tonight
You need new night management and new night workers.
They pick the job hate it then want to work with a attitude diabolical
Then they don’t even know how to do simple math for a refund since they don’t know how to not make a plain cheeseburger most simplest thing you would need to do and they acted like it was the end of the world to make it right since they didn’t do it right the first time. Then when refunding want to charge me a up charge for cheese on a hamburger happy meal then not give me the money back for it then get mad when I tell them they didn’t refund the correct amount still worker at window said you want your couple cents I said no I want the correct amount back that I paid ain’t a couple cents coming back.
Then they bring a phone out to calculate and still didn’t do it right definitely losing business with them working the way they do. Especially being in a tourist area and being higher priced. I’m paying for what I asked for nothing more shouldn’t be a problem to do the job they getting paid hourly to do. The manager was just as bad as the window worker.

I ordered a chicken nugget meal. The line wasn’t that long but it took longer than 15 minutes to get order taken. No one said anything. So I used the app. While using the app, I’m still waiting over 15 minutes in line before getting to the window. So 30 minutes waiting without anyone acknowledging anybody. I won’t be returning to this location. Service was unprofessional. My time was wasted.

When we went to get breakfast, it took a while to come when the food came it was wrong. They gave my wife the wrong food so I had to remove the meat as she is vegetarian. The food was overcooked, tasteless.
I would not recommend it and also there are lots of homeless around the area I didn’t feel safe and the stuff was not great they didn’t show any custom service or respect.

How many times have I been here and they claim the system is down? Then I see him outside smoking a cigarette. I guess it is down if you’re not up to it 2 o’clock in the morning on 12/19. Business is so slow, I couldn’t imagine my employees letting money leave like that. RIDICULOUS
