Food was good, but for some reason my medium boneless wings weren’t very hot/spicy. But they were huge!! One was as big as a chicken leg!! Can’t complain about that 😉 Service was discombobulated seemed confused. Had to ask for a spoon to stir the cream in my coffee, common sense. Also had to ask for plates, napkins, a bag to put my 3 takeout containers in, again common sense. Who wants to walk out with a stack of wobbly Styrofoam containers. Servers appeared to be standing around more than they should be, they could be giving customers their silverware etc.
One more thing I don’t like and some people might not care about. But I wish they had to tie their hair up. It grosses me out when they bring out the trays of food sitting on their shoulder right beside all that loose hair. If I worked there, I wouldn’t want to risk getting food in my hair, besides hair in customers food. Just my opinion on something that I feel could be changed for the good of the restaurant employees as well as their guests.

The quality of their carry-out has fallen off quite a bit recently. Whether its them forgetting to bag items like an order of 20 boneless wings. or paid sides. The latest order was a half salad with lite lettuce and all the extras ordered

This is so far delayed because I have a special needs child and only so much time in the day. But we ordered a to go order, and as retaliation for not tipping apparently— the kitchen staff thought it would be hilarious to put a few pubic hairs throughout our food. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning to this location.

I usually hang out at the bar when I come in, the bartenders are always incredible. The food is fantastic each time. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even when they are very busy the food always comes out fast and it’s always hot. Thank you guys for the unbelievable service!

Wow. The customer service here is wonderful! They’re super friendly and very attentive to their customers here. I walked in to place my order and they were able to have my food ready within 10 minutes of placing my order!
I ordered 10 traditional garlic wings and an order of dumpster fries! I was so full after 5 wings and half the order but continued to eat because it was so good!
I highly recommend eating here. Their wings are no joke. They’re big. I will definitely be back! Great Job from start to finish rooster staff!

Stopped by the Lancaster location on our way home from the Nascar race in Bristol, Tennessee. The wings were HUGE! Had 10 of the medium flavored wings and an order of curly fries. While they charge a fee for ranch, it’s not a small cup. Lauren was our waitress and was outstanding! Excellent service!
Edit: Stopped by the same location and ordered 10 Nashville Hot Dry Rub and an order of curly fries. Incredibly AWESOME!
