First experience was earlier this week. Unfortunately ordered pick up curbside great service but none of my sauces were in my bad. We didn’t realize until we got home. Luckily when I said something on app they made up with rewards.

The chicken on the chicken sandwich has fallen drastically do to shrinkflation. I would be happy to pay an extra dollar to have the original chicken brest size that was on the original sandwich. I still like the breakfast but no longer go for anything else

The staff is always courteous which is great. They’re also pretty good about moving people through the lines quickly…
However- they have been getting worse and worse with actually delivering what you order. They got the order “correct” but- I ordered a large frie. This is what they gave me….
EDIT: went again for the first time in a long time, again ordered a large fire….the second photo shows they are still charging more but not delivering what you pay for. Disappointed that they are still skimping and charging for something they are not providing. Somewhat immoral. Had to revise my review down from one star to two.

Soooooo goooooooooood!!!!!! I love Chick Fil A! It doesn’t matter if they have a line a mile long, it’s only gonna take 4 minutes to get your food. Chick Fil A is so good that when they mess up my order, I apologize because I must’ve said something wrong when I placed the order. There’s not a thing on their menu I don’t love. Download the app and get points. Great food and great people.

This chicfila use to be great before the new changes to the building. The two lanes is very silly idea for this space. It’s very hard for customers and employees to cross in front of cars that wrap around the entire building. It’s very dangerous and who ever designed it was very silly. The new employees here are extremely slow. I’ve gotten my order through the drive thru and have had them hand me a cup holder filled with liquid more than once that spilled in my car and got everything wet. So now I take my cups out the holder every time to check. Yesterday I ordered a chicken on a biscuit for breakfast and was given the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Almost not big enough to make one nugget out of it. This location use to be alot better with the people they had before. Going downhill for sure.
