DONT GO HERE EARLY IN THE MORNING IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY 40+ MINUTES LATE TO OPEN.
Multiple times I’ve put in a pre order and had to abandon them because the employees and morning manager were over 40+ minutes late to open the store. MULTIPLE TIMES. I hate leaving bad reviews, but when I have to go to another Dunkin Donuts (spend another 10-12 minutes going out of my way) and pay again (that morning I happen to be spending more than most, where I spent $15, so $30 by the time I was on my way to work again)
You would have thought I wanted a $100 gift card when I went back in the next day (waited until 8:30 to give the morning crew enough time to be late and then make it in) and asked them to make my precious days order at no cost. The employee literally asked me what it is that I wanted her to do. I asked if there was a manager. I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication, but the manager didn’t come out. To top it off, they missed half my order and I was forced to speak up again after the 4 customers behind me for the coffees and food and left.

Disappointing and unfriendly service. Upon entering, we were told that they aren’t serving hot foods but the couple who placed a mobile order before us had gotten their hot sandwiches. While ordering, the staff taking our order was very dismissive, interrupting us, and seemed disinterested in her job. We had asked for a bag before we left and was told she doesn’t have any as she walked away, though the bag was right next to her. Will not be coming back again.

Man, this Dunks use to have the nicest crew and best service! Went to pickup an order today, my coffee was about 2 inches lower than the lid. Nicely asked for a top off and the lady stared at me like I had three heads and then topped it up about half an inch without saying a word. The strangest service I’ve ever encountered.

The staff here are very rude. I’ve been to this location a few times, and each time my order was either wrong or missing an item. The girl at the register doesn’t seem interested in working, she’s on her phone all the time. I will never return to this location.

I ordered the cold brew with the nuts and everything on it. I’m not really the much into fast food nor do I do coffee on a regular. However, I tried it once and I was on the seek for the same taste only they don’t carry the chocolate foam after a certain season & that was a bit saddening. The drink was ok being that I was looking for a specific taste. Service was good.

I went in today the first day of 2023. I was grateful they were open and the staff they had was upbeat and friendly. There was a customer that was being so rude to them. Something about a price issue. She was extremely belligerent. She stormed out, came back in, then started taking pictures. She stormed out again then started yelling and swearing at her kids outside. I would just like to thank you for carrying on and treating me and the other customers with the utmost respect. My coffee was great too btw. Big thumbs up.

Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service.
It’s a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes!
