First I walk in there’s two hostesses
The smaller one had a runny nose and she’s just ran her whole palm up her nose and then didn’t even wash her hands.
I asked the other one if if I could sit at the bar, she said yes
Gave me a menu and silverware, and did not walk me into the bar room.
Alexis was the bartender.
First off she had a sour face
she was moving like a turtle that didn’t even wanna be at work.
I told her I have a little time between clients. Can I order really quick so I can leave?
I ordered a soup, salad and a Coke
Took forever for her to bring that out with some breadsticks and time was running short
The soup was burnt
The salad was soggy
I never got a refill on soup, salad, or Coke
She never offered me any coffee or dessert
The only thing Alexis moved quickly on was bringing me the bill
This is by far the worst Olive Garden in the entire country and I’ve been to a lot of of them.

My disabled father had a last-minute request on Valentine’s Day—he wanted me to order and pick up dinner for him and my mother. What started off a little rocky turned out to be a great experience in the end!
When I arrived at Olive Garden’s OG to GO parking area, there were over 20 cars trying to squeeze into just eight pick-up spots. Instead of waiting in my vehicle, I went inside, where I ended up waiting about 40 minutes. Despite the chaos, I have to give major credit to the staff—they were working hard and handling everything with determination.
We ordered a VERY large meal, and every single item was in our bag, cooked to absolute perfection. My parents are extremely hard to please, but this meal exceeded expectations. As Olive Garden fans, we know that food quality depends on location and the cook on duty, and this crew did not disappoint.
That being said, the system could have been better. Everyone—whether they had pre-paid was given the same 5:30 PM pick-up time; and there were also people ordering on-site in the same line- which led to confusion. But even with those challenges, the staff was impressive. They deserve recognition for their patience, professionalism, and hard work!
All in all, the food was fresh, accurate, and flavorful, making it a Valentine’s Day success!

It was a lazy Sunday, in regard to no cooking. I decided to take the family out for dinner. They offered the never ending pasta bowl. Sounded great. Well all things never ending… some should. We all ordered different match ups of the pastas being offered. No matter the combinations – it was all equivalent and very comparable to microwavable meals in the frozen section at the local low scale grocery or hospital in patient quality. Not memorable. Not tasteful; yes we added extra seasoning and that bland cheese they offer to spruce it up. Nothing helped. Noodles looked as if they were prepared for awhile, just rewarded in the rewarded sauce. Unlimited breads ticks paired well with the free water, not the meal. The salad…. tasted like Salad Express but what can you do at this point. First and last time experience. The server was awesome *****DANI*****. The hostess, unprofessional, got to listen to them complain about work schedules and who better be on time. Establishment was clean, inside and out. Ample parking. Pricing, im going to say not reasonable, in relation to taste and quality. Pictured…an extra dry Fettuccine Alfredo.

I am currently sitting in my vehicle waiting for my curbside order no-one has come to my car to bring my food out even though it was stated my food is ready for pick up. Several people in the curbside has gotten out their car and received their order but only after going in it defeats the purpose of curbside. I gave one star for the very nice lady who answered the phone and assisted me she was very kind and helpful

Great dining experience as we celebrated our dear mother’s birthday. Food was delicious and well prepared. The service was fantastic and even the manager stopped by our table for small talk. Making our entire dining experience exceptional! Thank you Olive Garden! Keep it up!

I would’ve given this location 5 stars if it weren’t for the first waitress i had that refused to lower her mask…. I explained i was hearing impaired n needed to read her lips… I had to move to a different section with a different waitress…. Much better waitress! Food was excellent! Prices were fair. I’d still come here again despite the one bad waitress.

The food was very tasty and the waitress was attentive and checked in us often. The soup was hot and delicious. I had my mom and her friend and they needed hot water and the waitress was so patient and kind to us. The place does need a little updating but the service and the staff makes up for it.

I don’t leave reviews but I had a strange experience with my waiter bobby, not only overbearing but me and my sister were really uncomfortable. He kept coming back to our table even standing there or crouching next to our table talking to us while we were trying to eat. demanding certain things and at a certain point kept making comments about us going back to his place or cooking for us at his place, making drinks for us or going on dates. Had no sense of boundaries and couldn’t get the hint, near the end of our experience he asked for my number being extremely uncomfortable I gave him it, Just so he could leave. when me and my sister were on our phones in front of him as he picked up our plates he immediately turned sour and rude saying stuff like “guess we won’t be going on a date, guess that’s a no for a date etc” I will probably have to stay away for a while or go to the one in orland, He also kept asking for our id’s being a bartender I guess that’s normal but I told him I wasn’t 21 he kept demanding it anyways, Really unsettling he said more things but this just sums up our experience. The lady seating us was really nice and even warned us he wasn’t that personable .He was nice until he became weird and uncomfortable.
