I ordered a wrap and a sandwich today, spent $22.05, no chips or drinks. Because of the new menu it took me a couple minutes to make my choice. The staff was impatient with me for not being able to decide. The lady got frustrated because I tried to use an online coupon and she told me they didn’t except any coupons except from Subway itself. No one smiled. The peperjack cheese tasted and looked old. And there were these pieces of who knows what in my husband’s sandwich, which are stretchy, perhaps plastic gloves, which I will post the picture. We lived too far away to take it back. I will not ever go back in that store. I loved the people who ran the store by Super Walmart but it is closed permanently. I have used the store down on Richmond and Moores Lane and I have been happy with it but it is farthest from me but I will make a point of driving there for better service and quality of food. I also called the store and all the girl could say was that she would tell the manager.

Went through the drive through at 11:30 to order a six inch sub and specifically said toasted and extra sauce, they even repeated my order back to me. They weren’t busy at all from what I seen. Get back to work to eat and my sandwich is beyond cold and the littlest amount of sauce I’ve ever seen. Called up there to make sure the bacon was at least cooked and they said yes but didn’t even apologize for messing up. Tried to eat the sandwich and it’s the worst one I’ve had from subway.

The staff is great but the Avocado is falsified information that hurt my baby. It says two simple ingredients on their poster located in the restaurant next the the drinking fountain. Went to give my 6 month smashed avocados as we are currently out of town and ran out of baby food. After the second bite he started screaming. I tasted it and it’s so spicy so I looked up the ingredients for the avocado via subway website and it has jalapeño vinegar and other ingredients. Don’t put up posters if your not going to honor them! But again the staff was friendly but I did mention a side cup for the baby so they could have informed me

I placed an online curbside order for a sandwich and apparently at this location if you don’t make it exactly by the “order ready” time then it won’t even let you check in anymore when you get here. Instead it needs you to call the store and let them know you’re here. I called the number several times and it kept saying user busy. Finally I had to go in the store and wait in the line all over again since there was only 2 workers. After picking up my order I had informed the store associates that the phone is not working, and the response that I got from both of them was “we were busy” and an almost inaudible and obvious careless “ok”
I’ve never had an experience like this at a subway before, I placed a curbside order for a reason and if I have to go in and wait in line all over again to pickup it defeats the whole purpose. And it sure looks like the workers could care less about customer feedbacks. Sorry but “we were busy” is not my problem. What a sorry attitude and setup. Definitely not coming back again.

Subway saved the day! Thank you to the two ladies working today for making me a sandwich tray in 10 minutes for a Christmas party! I had ordered a sandwich tray at Firehouse subs a week ago and when I arrived to get it on the way to the party, they did not have it ready. I was frantic and quickly drove around the corner to Subway. When I told them my issue, they were more than willing to help at the last minute! I am so grateful for them!!! The sandwiches were delicious and liked by all!!! So Texarkana, if you need a sandwich tray catered, this is your place.

I’m going to have to say that Subway on Richmond Road is the best Subway in Texarkana. I ordered delivery and I wasn’t sure but when we got our food it was excellent. They did exactly what we put in on the app. I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was on point. My daughter said her veggie delight was good as well. Once again for preparing our lunch the way we wanted. And we will definitely be ordering again.
