Second time stop by this location. Horrible experience. Food burn, one side was completely ashed. Had to take one side off so I could eat something. Other time was waiting for about an hour for food. No wondering it’s always empty. Probably last time at this location. I love Taco Bell but this location horrible

Every time my spouse and I come to this location, the workers are casually dismissive and don’t seem to care about quality by making the food very inconsistently. When we redeemed our free taco coupons, the person taking the order almost didn’t even take the coupons even though they can be redeemed per person, per order. They didn’t even ask if we wanted soft, hard shell, or Doritos locos tacos, so we were just given crunchy ones without a choice. This was as the employee taking our order was leaving, he had a large speaker in his other hand and was very quick with us as they were obviously trying to just get out the door. I understand wanting to be free from work, it seemed like they were already clocked out, but if thats the case they shouldn’t have even taken our order to begin with.

Pay over $15 for a chicken Chalupa meal and my Chalupa was hard as a rock. Extra taco was ice cold

Horrible service, I once waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to just hand me my online order, and they never did. It’s by far the closest one to my house so
It’s the one that the app defaults to every time I’ve ordered from them. They’ve forgotten food, messed up the order, or simply just left things out. They’re lazy and rude. Do not order from these people. The Asheville highway location is better in every way, order from them if you can.

Fast, efficient, great drive through experience, check in on app works, and the food was well prepared. One of the best Taco Bells we’ve been through.

I am a Taco Bell conisor. I even worked at one for a year in 1986. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered two tacos, 7 layer burrito and a bean burrito. Both tacos came with broken shells. Not cracked but broken in multiple areas. The 7 layer burrito tortilla was stuck to the paper. And the wrapping paper had red sauce all over it. The bean burrito beans were cold. Not warm but like refrigerator cold. $13.35 wasted. I love Taco Bell. But this was bad enough to say I should stick to more healthier options like Del Taco. I went through drive thru and ate within 5 min of getting my order.

The tacos are always good, but the gentleman in the drive-through with the nails is extremely rude and makes rude comments while you’re taking your order understand you may not like your job, but to be dismissive and rude when I’m trying to order and making comments under your breath when the headset still on, it’s just very disheartening. I’d rather travel 15 minutes out of my way than to be disrespected.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever visited. Nobody was there and it took a very long time to receive the food. Normally I don’t care but then they gave me 3 broken plain tacos instead of the supremes I ordered. After traveling for 8 hours just a frustrating experience. I’d skip this location.

The Nachos BellGrande at Taco Bell offers a classic fast-food nacho experience, featuring warm and crispy tortilla chips layered with seasoned beef, refried beans, diced tomatoes, a generous drizzle of warm nacho cheese sauce, and a dollop of reduced-fat sour cream. The chips themselves are reliably crunchy, serving as a solid base for the hearty toppings. The seasoned beef adds a savory, spiced element, while the refried beans bring a creamy texture that complements the melted cheese. The diced tomatoes and sour cream cut through the richness, offering a touch of freshness and tang.
While the portion size is satisfying and the toppings are flavorful, the distribution can sometimes be uneven, with some chips left bare and others overloaded. This lack of layering is a common critique, but overall, the Nachos BellGrande delivers on comfort and taste, making it a go-to for a quick, indulgent snack or meal. Customization is possible, so adding jalapeños or extra cheese can enhance the experience for those seeking more bold flavors.
Taco Supreme
The Taco Supreme is a step up from Taco Bell’s classic taco, featuring a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous spoonful of reduced-fat sour cream. The shell provides a satisfying crunch, while the seasoned beef is well-spiced and juicy. The freshness of the lettuce and tomatoes balances the richness of the meat and cheese, and the sour cream adds a cool, creamy finish.
At around 190 calories per taco, the Taco Supreme is both affordable and filling, making it a popular choice for those looking for a quick, satisfying bite. The combination of textures—from the crisp shell to the creamy sour cream—makes each bite enjoyable. It’s also versatile, as you can personalize it with hot sauce or additional toppings to suit your taste.
Overall Impression
Both the Nachos BellGrande and Taco Supreme showcase Taco Bell’s strengths: bold flavors, customizable options, and good value for the price. The Nachos BellGrande is perfect for sharing or for those craving a loaded nacho platter, while the Taco Supreme offers a classic taco experience with a creamy twist. For fast-food Mexican-inspired fare, these staples remain crowd-pleasers that deliver consistent satisfaction.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Went to this place around 8 pm, not so busy. It was just 3 of us when we place the order. Our food was OK. One Crunchwrap was warm, not hot, and other one was less than warm plus none of them were crunchy. Nevertheless, I also ordered a taco veggie bowl which I HAD TO EAT WITH A BUTTER KNIFE. I kid you not. Upon asking, the employee went to the back for 2 seconds and came back and said “ we are out of spoons and forks” she did not even acknowledge how one is going to eat a bowl. How does a food place not have silverware’s. Very disappointed.
