I love Culvers. The food is always so delicious but we came in the other day to get ice cream sundaes for the whole family. The ice cream was sooooo cold. Colder than normal. We wondered why and when we started eating it, there was little pieces of ice in it. It had been frozen. This ice cream did not meet the Culvers standards that states that the ice cream is made fresh everyday. Please start making it fresh everyday, because when you don’t stand by the standards you claim to have, this is where businesses start going down and then become just like any other restaurant. It we wanted frozen ice cream, we would have store bought it. Please stick by the Culvers standards and make your ice cream fresh everyday.

I ordered delivery Wednesday night. The review question timed out before I was able to share. I ordered two Cod sandwiches, one with fries and iced tea. I also ordered Custard with added ingredients. The tea is the best thing about Culver’s and that’s why I eat there or order from there. Usually the food is good. This time the sandwiches were cold and hard and the french fries were stale and tasteless. I had a tummy ache all night. I have to wait before trying them again. The delivery person super friendly and quick.

Wanted a quick bite and stopped here because it was late and this was all that was open. Ordered a combo but it didn’t come with fries and we didn’t notice until we had already gotten home. They also did not include any sauce for the onion rings (although I guess we should have asked). The food that was in the bag was tasty.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal at this location. All our visits have been during lunch. All meals that we’ve had so far have been served hot & fresh. It’s always the one place that my husband and I can agree on, since we both like their butter burgers.
We always get the value basket. The Culver’s diet root beer is our favorite. It’s way better than any other root beer brand. The crinkle cut fries are hot & crispy. The custards and concretes are delicious. I also really like their peanut butter shake. The North Atlantic Cod dinner is always a great option as well.
The staff is friendly. There’s always someone there to greet you going in, or as you’re leaving. It’s open at 10:00 am for lunch. Oh, and they offer everyday military discounts. Make sure you ask for it. We’ll continue to visit this location. It’s always a good visit.
