The service was great, he handles the rush like a pro. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored, we had our food within a timely matter. We tried the chicken pho and steak, both broths were delicious and hot. The drinks were icy and fresh, strawberry was the best in the my opinion but the chunks of pineapple that my partner had was even better. The atmosphere is calm and sometimes chatty but in a good way.

Third time here and I’m ready for my review. This place has become my new favorite pho spot in phoenix. The broth is sooooo rich and flavorful. It’s honestly ruining it if you add anything to it.
The space is pretty tight, only about 9 tables, but if they keep this up, they will quickly outgrow this place. However, that means if it’s busy, expect a wait. The food comes out fast and tables move, so it shouldn’t be too bad.
The rib combo comes with chicken and shrimp, which I didn’t expect, and I’m conflicted about that. The shrimp gives the broth a different taste, but it’s still really really good.
The 3 times I’ve been here, there has only been 1 server and he is just running around. They could do with a second person, because they are really busy. Still, he is efficient.
Overall, 5/5.

Ordered take out. The restaurant is really small with no real decor or atmosphere and was packed. Service was about as apathetic as one can be.
FOOD:
The tofu spring rolls were kind of meh. The tofu didn’t taste cooked enough and had no flavor when they were supposed to be fried.
The peanut sauce was just okay. The rice paper was a hard and chewy. Not something I would get again.
The beef Pho broth however, was amazing. One of the best flavors of broth I’ve had and that is without putting anything in it.
The rice noodles were a bit hard and difficult to soften once home to heat.
The lemonade and strawberry lemonade were not as expected. They clearly used syrup which I didn’t know and it wasn’t to my liking. Wouldn’t get those again.
The star here is the actual broth, wouldn’t recommend anything else.

Hands down the best pho in town! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the herbs are always fresh. Portions are generous, service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A go-to spot for comfort food done right!

Grand opening weekend and the place was packed! Most impressed by the freshness of the ingredients in our spring rolls and pho. We ordered pork & shrimp spring rolls and they were visually stunning and huge! That starter alone filled us up. Only wish that they gave more peanut sauce, it was tasty and on point. The combination pho was also fresh and had rare beef, brisket, meatball, tripe & tendon. A great mixture of flavors and textures. Highly recommend if you are in this part of town. Still working out the logistics kinks in service, but they did their best and were extremely friendly. The kitchen was fast! Will return!!

Went to the new Amy’s Pho last night at Union Hills & 7th Ave for their Grand Opening. Place was small, but clean, and Food was amazing! Price was very reasonable. Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp is by far the best and the freshest I’ve ever had, and we came in an hour before closing. Crispy eggrolls (you have to pay extra if tou want fresh veggies ), Combination Pho’ was Superb, a lot more meat than our usual go-to, and very tasty. My wife and I shared a bowl and was just perfect! Just did not like that Boba was not available on Grand opening days, but we settled for Thai Milk Tea (an acquired taste, a little stronger than your regular iced tea). Service was fast and friendly once you are seated, but since the place is small, you may have to wait to get seated. Overall, it’s a great addition to our neigborhood if you are craving for a fast, decent Vietnamese Food. Hope they stay Fresh and not become too complacent, like the other Pho places in our area. Shout out to all the workers for keeping it Cool, Friendly, and Fast when the place was packed!
