Another great meal at this Outback! The staff there is so nice and seems genuinely happy you’re there to eat. Our server Shana was very attentive and friendly. All of the food came out promptly and was delicious. The menu recently changed and had some new items. Went with the Bloomin Burger, a steak and Alice springs chicken to eat.
We all tried the wings. First time to try the wings. They were very good. We also tried some of the new drinks with cold foam. BAM! It was so good.

Our waitress was Erin and she was awesome!! Didn’t need to look for her because she was on the ball and very polite. We had the Sydney Shrooms, very delicious and it was a plate full. We had a burger with Baked potato & Sammy steak sandwich (little messy to eat) with FF. All the food was good but the FF was the best we’ve had in a while.

Had dinner here with the family today, and while the food and drinks were fine and consistent with what you would expect and typically wouldn’t warrant a separate review, the service was top notch and worth shouting out! Ben was so attentive and accommodating – he answered every question, took care of all special requests, and treated every member of our dining party from 9yo onwards with so much care, kindness, and respect that it truly made an impression. Thank you for a great, memorable dining experience that would make people want to come back again and again!

Waited 30 mins to get our drink order, waited 30 mins for our appetizer, waited 30 mins for our dinner. We were seated behind an 11 top. We had been looking forward to this for our anniversary dinner. Seated at 5:20 didn’t get to leave til after 7. The waiter did offer us free dessert but I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 minutes for it. Several staff passed by us while waiting for our drink order to be taken and no one stopped to ask if we had been helped. I know we weren’t in their section but I have had that happen at other restaurants where staff has stepped in to help. It was just really disappointing especially for the amount of money that was spent. .On top of that we both asked for medium well but steak was medium- rare. We ended up feeding the left over to our dog. Won’t be going back to this location again.

Sadly, this was a disappointing experience. We were not served the complimentary bread and butter that is usually offered to all guests. Although the food was prepared quickly, no sauces were offered with the meat, which significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the dish.
Our server came to the table only once during the entire evening — to clear the plates. We stayed for over two hours and would have gladly ordered more drinks and dessert, but no one checked on us or offered anything.
After I paid the bill on the handheld device without leaving a tip, the server immediately returned demanding an explanation. I calmly tried to explain the service issues and was willing to leave a cash tip if there had been an apology. Instead, she reacted rudely, scoffed, and walked away.
I used to love this restaurant years ago, but unfortunately the service has declined. I don’t see myself returning and will be looking for a more welcoming place.

I had such an amazing experience at Outback today! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in just the right amount without being overbearing.
Lunch came out quickly, fresh, and cooked exactly the way I wanted. Every detail was spot-on, and you could tell the team really cared about making it a great visit. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service shine equally, but Outback nailed it today.

As always, the service and meal were great. I’m not going to give less stars to my favorite corporate restaurant just because I had 1 thing happen that I think should have been handled better. I’m keto, so my choices are limited. I generally go here at lunch because it’s a good option for me. Since I was here on a Saturday evening, I had the opportunity to order the Prime Rib, one of my favorites. It was cooked to PERFECTION!!! The flavor was amazing and my salad was great because I love their Blue Cheese. However, my steamed broccoli was almost raw. So was everyone else’s at the table. I said something to our server and asked for a fresh order of cooked broccoli. She returned telling me that broccoli wasn’t available because it was being prepped. My other choice was green beans. I went for that and waited for a long time for them to come out and the rest of my meal was gone by then. When they finally came out, they were harder than the broccoli was. I returned them as well as was offered something different but no other options are keto. That was the end of that. No manager came over, nothing else was offered. I don’t expect free stuff when this happens, at all. I worked for Outback Inc for may years and I just believe something should have been done since I paid for something I didn’t get. On our way out the door, everyone in my party pointed out other tables where “the greens” on their plates weren’t touched. Our server did apologize but again, more should have been done. Rosemary was above and beyond fantastic though. Very tentative and friendly.

Haven’t been to OB in sometime. Took a friend here for birthday luncheon. We both had steaks, and found them to be a bit tough. Mine was rare, his was med rare. Don’t remember having tough steaks at OB in the past. The girls both had luncheon salads and enjoyed them.
