The Keg Lounge is a family-owned bar and restaurant in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Our restaurant offers a full bar with local beers on tap, daily drink specials, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a Jukebox, and big-screen TVs for your favorite sports viewing. One of the unique features of the Keg is the Patch collection donated by members of first responders and other civil servants. The Keg is a great local food place to have your favorite beer or cocktail while enjoying the best food in town in a non-pretentious blue-collar atmosphere. We were referred by a local and were not disappointed! If you are in Manitou Springs make sure to check this place out! We ordered potato soup, bison chili and berry side salad. So much food we ended up having the salad for dinner later. Wish we lived closer!

After hiking the Manitou Incline, a local guide recommended The Keg Lounge — and it was a solid choice. Even though it was busy around 3pm, we were seated quickly. The waiter was handling a lot of tables, so service took a little time, but once our orders were in everything came out great.
The chicken quesadilla was decent, though nothing standout.
The special grilled cheese of the day, made with bison meatloaf, was fantastic — rich, hearty, and unique.
The French Onion Soup had an intense, flavorful stock that really impressed.
Drinks were reasonably priced, and the house margarita was spot-on.
Overall, a lively spot with good food and drinks at fair prices. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Food pretty good compared to the options around the town, they have some really awesome things on the menu- the bleu cheese sriracha chicken is super unique and very good! Loved the killer cheese bread and potato skins. All the jalapeños were VERY spicy- jalapeño poppers almost inedible. Overall a great experience and would return- lots of good options on the menu for “bar food”. The atmosphere is very inviting and a good place to be with friends or family.

All the 4 of us ordered a medium rare steak and they all came out different but none of them were medium rare. The steak was 80% fat and what of it was not fat was somewhere close to uncooked! The server was not friendly at all and had a sort of attitude and very low patience, at some point the cook had to come out and help the servers when there was a very low amount of people there? I do not recommend coming here.

nice bar restraunt with plenty of seating, huge selection of food from bar food to dinner steaks. Good drinks and atmosphere. Updated.. ate dinner…i would compare the dinner meal to a truckstop/dinner style. Had steak and shrimp..both were standard.
