Got 4 spongebob meals,
Paid $4 for an extra patty that they forgot,
Asked which one it was and said it wasn’t his job…
Sold out of frozen pinapple float, Starberry cake was 95% frosting,
Cheesey bacon tots didn’t have bacon,
Food was good but they forget my patty..
I still want the extra patty i paid for.. Couldn’t sit in that line again…

This is the most absolute worst burger king in the history of Burger King. I was in line at the front and was ignored by all the staff for 15 minutes, and when I asked if anyone will take my order they said I have to order through the kiosk and in the end after I waited 25 minutes for my food, the food was horrible and they got my order completely wrong. Will never come again, and I advise any other person to do the same. Im surprised this place hasn’t closed for good yet.

I don’t know what’s to deal with the drive thru guy at night time but he pissing me off for one he acts like he forced to be there and he never gets my order right and when I ask about he just ignore me and line cook guy come to help instead of him. Dudes asking for it this is twice in one night. If I was the owner I would be pissed if he worked for me

The cashier was horrible and was not helpful when they messed up our order. One of the girls who was frying had attitude and did not complete the simplest task. Also was accused of lying and I showed her what we were missing. DONT COME HERE. Go to Cleveland it’s way better!

So I had to remove a huge glob of Mayo. I love mayo but not a surprise amount in the center of my whopper. The tomato was not even close to being ripe that the core was hard to bite through. My burger was cold and missing onions as well. It took about 5 minutes to order inside even though I was the only one there. Food was made fast but it’s laying around that’s why it was cold. I asked for jalapeños and I was told I couldn’t buy them or have them even though they do have them. It was so confusing.

I arrived at 6:03. Sign states it opens at 6. They had yellow cones set in drive thru so that cars can not enter. Here it is 6:11, I am sitting down the street waiting for them to open. So sad for the owners. However, it really does not surprise me. Good service and good management has suffered greatly these days. It really is something of the past.

I’m not a fan of the deceptive way they ask if you want to up-size your combo. “Medium or large?” The price shown comes with a small drink and fries. I answered small and they still upside me to a medium and I paid the extra $1.40 for that. This has happened to me multiple times here so now I feel like its on purpose. They must be graded for their upcharges or something. Not cool and you’ve earned a bad review now.
