Service was very good with very kind wait staff. Food portions are good and served hot. I would give 5 stars but in the South biscuits and sausage gravy should not be brown gravy! Save the brown gravy for beef or turkey please!
Btw… noticed every emergency light in the building has the red light shining undeneath indicating a bad bulb or battery. I’d hate to see a disabled person stuck in a dark bathroom if the power goes out.

For Veterans Day I decided to treat my veteran husband and children to eat out. It was our first and last time ever coming to this establishment. They have Some of the worst service and food I’ve experienced in my life. We were seated quick but had to wait 10 minutes for the server to come and ask for our drinks. He didn’t introduce himself or tell us his name and he doesn’t have knowledge of the menu nor did he ask. I asked for sugar free drink options cause I’m diabetic and pregnant. He said what they had and it wasn’t true and I ask if the fish fry player has to come with French fries and he said no it comes lemon grilled potato’s and it didn’t. I said that’s fine cause I don’t want anything else fried but the fish. I also asked for a side of broccoli and it came with 4 little pieces of bland microwave tasting broccoli. After that the server was mia I ask another server to ask him to come to the table. I addressed the French fries and reminded him of what he said and the false information he gave. He said they have mashed potatoes and brought them over and we never seen him again. The fish tasted funky, dripping oil and was mushy like freezer section fish that went bad. I didn’t eat my food at all and neither did my family nor did ask to take it Togo. To top it off we waited 20 minutes for the check before we got up and went to the register. I explained that the server disappeared and we wanted to pay the bill and my children didn’t get there Sundays that came with their meal. A young lady said we can make the to go and asked a tall man to make them. Pic to show what we received

We visited Bob Evans to celebrate the birthdays of my husband and son. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere felt like home. Our server was quite courteous, attentive and friendly. The food was hot and absolutely delicious! It was quiet and relaxing. Thank you for the excellent service and food!

Had to wait 20 mins for a table. Placed our order and waited over 30 mins just to get a piece of burnt on the outside and undone in the inside chicken. The syrup tasted like prune juice. My partner had the western biscuit and gravy, let’s just say neither one of us finished.

There was 3 of us. We had about a 20-minute wait when we arrived, but I appreciated that they had menus available in the waiting area to look through while we waited, that was a nice touch. We went for breakfast, and I ordered the breakfast tacos. They were absolutely delicious, and the bacon was perfectly crispy, just the way I like it.
I also had a Pepsi (not usually my go-to), but I was pleasantly surprised as it was crisp, refreshing, and didn’t have that weird aftertaste I’m used to. The loaded hash browns were also just right providing great flavor and texture. Loved the cinnamon-biscuits, they were warm and gooey. The sauce that they bring I know that it’s supposed to be warm for an easier grab but ours wasn’t.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet enough to have a good conversation without needing to raise your voice. Overall, it was a great breakfast experience and I’d definitely return.

Came here for breakfast and was helped by Ashley who was very professional and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean from top to bottom and the food was delightful. Classic menu with all kinds of yummy options, we got the Rio Grande Omelette and the Western Omelette and both were tasty, very good size portions.

We came for dinner at a normal dinner time (between 6pm and 7pm) on a Friday and were the only guests in the restaurant for most of the time we were there. Somehow, our food still took about twenty minutes and was not prepared correctly. My wife ordered the wildfire salad and it was missing half of the toppings. The chicken looked like it had been sitting around for quite a while. Its been years since I’ve been to a Bob Evans but I expected much better food quality

This was the nicest Bob Evans we’ve gone to in a long time. Everything was clean and stocked. The people were very nice. Best part, though, was the food. Someone backstage takes some pride in their work because the presentation was great and the taste was excellent. We’ll be back!

Listen folks….check out all my reviews….im honest no matter what I enjoy giving insights into places before others decide if they should go or choose some place else….I do not know the lady’s name but she was working in the morning time….older African American employee (nothing against) just do not know her name i my family and I had sat down ready to eat and she was being rude to a customer..
Can you believe we actually saw this employee drop food and put it back on that customers plate and then spit on the food… WE LEFT be careful folks if you eat there dont upset her
