Slow for a 6PM dinner rush and every single table is dirty, flies galore in the play place area and trashes that looked like it hadn’t been touched. This place was always kinda mid but this was probably the worst. And you just see managers on their phone.

McDonald’s Customer Service Team,
I’m writing because the customer service I recently experienced was absolutely shitty, and that’s putting it lightly.
From start to finish, it was clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority at all. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in getting me out of the way than actually resolving a very basic issue. For a company this large, with the resources and reputation McDonald’s has, this level of service is embarrassing.
If this is the standard McDonald’s is comfortable with now, then it’s a serious problem. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic competence and respect—neither of which I received.
Do better.

One of the girls at drive through was really sweet and kind, the other was quite rude about giving me the wrong order and me letting her know. I’ve also come here doing a mobile pick up and me and my husband were parked for like 30 minutes and no one came to bring us our order. We finally had to go in to get it.

The girl who took our order was a super rude person she didn’t ask if we were using a code and when we brought it up she said ” oh so you do have a code?” And then she yanked my card out of my hand like she was in such a rush.

Found chunks of plastic in my daughter’s ice cream! Terribly slow, nobody speaks English and they will just tell you your online order didn’t work make you pay twice and take an hour to get you you’re food. Just skip this location.

Arrived five minutes before closing intending to order two sodas. The ordering screens were already shut off and no one answered when we tried to place an order. We then pulled forward to the window and waited about 15 minutes, with only one car ahead of us, only to be told they were closed. We explained that we arrived before the posted closing time and were met with the manager saying that was not their fault because they “always close a little early” since “usually no one is there waiting.” That is not acceptable. When I asked for the manager’s name, as no name badge was worn, he refused to provide it, citing “safety reasons.” Completely ridiculous. I have yet to have a single positive experience at this location.

Went through the drive-in ordered two number 7 burritos only The guy asked if I was using the app I told him no he said I can’t hear you. What are you doing? What do you want? I said let’s just make it six breakfast burritos that’s all I want. I got up to the window. It was over $24. I told him cancel the order. Goodbye never again. Not gonna get ripped off for food that will kill you in the first place.

MD overall has changed so much. The food is the same but the service now worth the kiosks is basically non existent! I watched a young man stand at the registers waiting for help for 20 minutes before he was even acknowledged! Whoever helped him mentioned staff had called out, etc, but at a fast food place, I thought that was COMPLETELY unacceptable.
Additionally, I ordered a shake and an ice cream, that took 30 minutes and the shake was complete liquid. And my ice cream was pretty much melted as well. Really sad reality of MD now.

Went for lunch and the food took quite a while to arrive. The restaurant was very busy and extremely loud with kids screaming. A door between the play place and the sitting area would be nice. The dining area was very dirty with food and wrappers everywhere. Finding a table wasn’t easy as food was left on many of them. They could definitely improve on that
