We tried thid Ruby Tuesday for the first time. It was pretty empty when we went around 4:30pm. The waitress was friendly, BUT she was wearing THE WHOLE BOTTLE of a perfume that just made me gag. Please!!! If you work around people, especially around food. Skip whatever your favorite fragrance is. It might not everyone’s cup of tea. Some of us have fragrance allergies and to feel like we are EATING YOUR PERFUME is not what I pay to eat out for. I have cancer and am highly sensitive to all smells. But your perfume almost took me out yesterday

Update: I decided to stop in around 2 pm, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were greeted with fast service. The inside was clean and the food was delicious. Our server Summer did a great job at providing a good experience!! Overall average stop, this was along my way home. We decided to stop in, my first time trying this chain. I did elect for the Fish and Chips, I also added on the Salad Bar. I will mention we came just after lunch rush. The salad bar was out of several items. The fish and chips were pretty good, the fish much better than the chips.

Never been here. I didn’t even know they still existed. Great s , not crowded. It did take longer than expected to get food. Salad bar was decent. I got the chicken fingers and ribs. Was pretty good.

I did not have my meal there but the service I received from Glenn and Marco will make me come to their restaurant when I visit Pensacola. There was a mixup with my order on the mobile app and they went the extra mile to try to help from a whole different state. More than just taking my information down and giving a refund. I thank them both so much for their kindness and patience during such a busy time of the day!!!

Recently, I dined at Ruby Tuesday on a quiet Sunday evening around 5:30 PM, and my experience was a blend of warm hospitality and good comfort food. I was greeted by the lovely Ms. Norma (I believe her name was). Her friendly demeanor and bright smile made me feel welcome. Despite the restaurant not being too busy at the time, Ms. Norma ensured I was comfortable. I appreciated her kindness and the swift service she provided throughout my visit.
I decided to try the Cajun Chicken Pasta. When my meal arrived, I was pleased to find that the portion size was generous. The dish was creamy and cheesy, just the way any pasta lover would expect. The chicken, while flavorful, was somewhat inconsistent in texture. Some pieces were tender and easy to cut, while others were a bit tough. Nonetheless, the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying peppers added a pleasant crunch and color to the dish.
The service from my waitress was commendable. She was attentive without being intrusive, which I always appreciate. In recognizing her efforts, I left a $10 tip. This reflected my satisfaction with her service and my overall dining experience.

Spinach dip was lukewarm. Ordered bourbon salmon first piece came out small and like a piece had been cut off, waitress sent it back to be redone and by time it came back my table was done eating. salmon came back with whole plate covered in bourbon glazed it was just swimming in sweet sauce. I couldn’t even eat it, so I just said forget it. Manager came over and apologized and was like I just took salmon off ticket like he did me a favor. I didn’t eat it so why wouldn’t you take it off ticket!?!? This place was just awful all around

The manager was completely unprofessional when I called to complain about the portion size of the meals. It’s completely unsat to pay nearly $200.00 in cost for food, and receive dried up, poor quality food! And they wonder why their stores are shutting down? I will be going to the corporate office with this matter!! Photos are uploaded below!! Stay away from Ruby Tuesdays!! They burnt the chicken Parmesan. Dried out the Philly cheese steak. The macaroni and cheese is nasty looking! I had to use *67 to block my number in order to get the manager on the phone!! He knew that he was going to get a complaint!! Shameful customer service!!

We went to Ruby Tuesday for an early dinner and it was a pleasant experience. Our server Alisa was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. We were greeted and seated quickly upon entering at a booth. Alisa came by and took our drink orders and was back before we even had a chance to check out the menu. We ordered the Hickory Salmon with Broccoli and French fries as a side. We also ordered the holiday trio which was ribs, shrimp, steak and a baked potato. Everything tasted great. Hickory BBQ ribs were meaty with just the right amount of sauce. The salmon was flavorful and cooked just right. We also added the unlimited salad bar for 5.99. I would definitely recommend this Ruby Tuesday for a lunch or laid back dinner.
