This place is basically the same quality of pizza you could get from a gas station. Not trying to be rude, but to me this was nothing special. Thick red sauce, has flavor, I had quite a bit of sauce on mine. Cheese was thicker and had the most flavor. Peperoni was very bland. No bite. Dough had a very slight flavor. No crisp to speak of on bottom. Breadsticks were so, so also.

Burnt & not edible!! Horrible management (Alexis)! The Crust and the cheese are burnt. Called for a refund and was hung up on after voicing what happened and being declined a refund because I did not want to return after getting home. The last thing I was doing is going back after working to get another one! Worst store in N Ky. Don’t waste your money. The management/owner won’t last long not having any customer service skills or etiquette.

Very disappointed in my food and how the payment is handled, my pizza is always burned and hard on the bottom when i go to this location and this is also the only location that doesnt have an option to skip leaving a tip when paying with card which is completely ridiculous. I WILL NEVER TIP IF NO SERVICE OTHER THAN COOKING MY FOOD IS PROVIDED!! Cooking the food i paided for and ordered is expected and i will not tip for just meeting an expectation only actual restaurants or bars should be able to ask for tips since they are actually providing a service to the customer

Look online for best deals ended up buying a medium cheese pizza for $10 bucks online for carryout; got to the store and see this sign that clearly states $5.99 for large cheese pizza. I go in and ask and they say that the sign is for “Walk In”. Do you see anything on the sign about walk in?
Neither do I. I do see where it says you can order this special online but it isn’t there either. This is a true definition of “FAKE” advertising. Spent $10 bucks for medium while the sign states I could have received a large for about half that price.

So had to update my review. Didn’t have to wait (we did order in advance), and the food tasted good. Still can’t forget this past fiasco: You should change the No Wait Wednesday, to It will be faster to order Domino’s. Don’t make people wait 30 minutes for a pizza on No Wait Wednesday.

I don’t know what happened to this place in the past couple months, but it has definitely took a turn for the worse. They USED to be very consistent and never had a problem until about two/three months ago. Now when I order just a large flatbread it is so greasy and no flavor at all. I don’t know what changed but change it back.
