While the food was great aswell as the service half way through my meal I realized there was a lipstick stain on my cup. I’m not from the area so I didn’t want to bring it up in the restaurant. 2 girls where running the place so idk ♀️

I’ve been going to Chili’s for lunch more times than I care to admit. After watching that Wall Street Journal video about how they’re taking on fast food, I had to see for myself. Now I’m hooked. For under fifteen bucks, I get an appetizer, a drink, a legit burger with fries, and still have enough left to leave a good tip. Try doing that at a drive thru without crying. The staff is quick, friendly, and somehow never judges me for showing up again. Chili’s, you’ve got me. I’m not even mad about it.

I go to a lot of Chilis and I was so pleasantly surprised when I was taken care of by Rachel. She is such a breath of fresh air in the hospitality world. I was here today for Lunch at the bar and she kept it tidy and kept up with taking care of so many things at once. she really is such an amazing employee and deserves a raise and even a promotion into management.

Rachel is the best! My daughter and I stopped by for some lunch today and had the best experience. The food was good, but the service was great. Rachel was patient while my 7 year old ordered her food herself. Of course changing her mind at least twice while making her final decision. It was a little busy but Rachel kept a smile on her face through it. Never once rushing my daughter. It’s the little things that make a difference and that small act of kindness set up the rest of the experience for perfection. For anyone who reads this ask for Rachel when you come in!

Wow! Chili’s have really upped their game!
The 3 for Me deal is insane value. The smash burger is so darn good I actually could not believe it. Blackberry iced tea was delicious.
Our server Melissa at this location was also genuinely fantastic. She was super attentive and checked in on us often.

Chilis has been around for a long time and Ive had my ups and downs with them at different locations in different states, so I e haven’t been in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality of my burger and the fries nice and crispy. Our server Courtney was amazing! My sister gave her an extra large tip because she was that great! The music wasn’t the best, however, it was soft enough to have a conversation. Plenty of TVs in the bar area to catch a game. They made food accommodations at my request, which was appreciated. We ordered the Old Timer burger under the 3 for me deal. I would order it again.

I came around 4pm on a Saturday, and our server Riley (young girl with glasses) was absolutely fantastic! Although she was juggling multiple tables, spills, etc., our service was still awesome and always greeted with a smile. She never failed to check on us often, and was observed on her other tables also!

Last night sat at bad. After a very long day at work. My husband and I had great service from Amanda. Food was the hottest best food I have ever had at a chilis. Like seriously I couldn’t stop eating it because it was so good. You can tell that the managers running this place care. Because the service is great, everyone is friendly and the food was on point. Place was clean also.

Encore!!! The $10 Lunch Special is on point!! Whether you have a salad, soup or chili for starters and then a second choice with fries, you are sure to be full. These sandwiches are large, served on soft toasted buns. The chicken avocado sandwich and double cheese burger didn’t disappoint. The salad is fresh and the chili is spicy (yum)! You may want to consider asking for light salt on the fries. Have a drink, eat and watch sports. You can pay and tip at your table using the table kiosk. No waiting for waitress to swing back around to bring you the tab! Definitely a lunch go to!!!! Keep up the good work Chili’s!!

If I could give it a zero stars, I would. It was definitely a miss in my book. Food was cold on arrival and made incorrectly. My burger was made plain with no sauce and cooked to a crsip; so, it was extremely dry. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were made with no sauce as well and fell apart when attempting to pick it up to eat it. The chili was disgusting and inedible (in photos below). To top things off, I called the restaurant to speak to a manager, and one of the waitresses told me he couldn’t come to the phone right now and to call back tomorrow. So, no dinner for us tonight and no solution! A complete loss of money!
