Had a great experience here. Everyone was so nice. I love the Salmon Benedict and the German Pancakes. Highly recommend the Viennes if cinnamon is your thing. I really liked my peppermint mocha as well.

Overall beautiful place with awesome vibes.

Make sure you call ahead to get on the wait list. They are very nice about it.

Trying to a get a table to this place can be hard but going at the right time is the key. We went, looks like after the breakfast crowd but before the brunch crowd. Parking lot is a very good indicator of how busy they are. They don’t take reservations. It’s first come first serve. Line out the door means you might be there a while. Great for 2-4 people, larger groups may need to wait longer. Brunch on a weekday is perfect. No kids as majority of them are in school. Visiting on a weekend it’s always going to pose challenges to get a table.

The bacon and ham omelet is fluffy and full of flavor. Wife says it’s very close to a French style. At first glance we thought it was bread but it’s airy and flavorful!
Smashed potatoes were seasoned well and cooked where even if skin on, not too much chew but doesn’t fall apart.

Biscuits and gravy is a gargantuan portion. Their biscuits are huge and you get four of them. I still had to ask for extra gravy so I could smother everything. The taste might throw you off as they add sherry and thyme. It gives more of a savory dairy taste than others who rely on the meat to spice and season. I personally added more pepper (from and grinder, not a shaker) and salt.

Eggs are swimming with the butter. Good but could have used a bit more crisping.

Bacon pieces are huge. Cooked well, seasoned wonderful! Not chewy but enough crisp so it doesn’t feel overcooked.

I would advise to sit in the main room or a window seat. It’s bright but not loud with the amount of people. There’s acoustic absorption in the raised vaulted angled ceiling. Waiters are attentive, many of them rotating and watching the tables than just one person. Water and coffee topped off all the time! For a first time, I’m happy for all that we got! Will be dining more often.

Delicious breakfast food – they do perfect pancakes and potato pancakes. The eggs benedicts and omelettes are delicious. Quite similar to the Oak Table in Sequim. The restaurant gets quite busy at 11am Saturday and they don’t take reservations so prepare to wait — we waited 45 mins for 3 people . At least there’s lots of parking spots around.

The service and atmosphere here were both excellent, potentially creating a genuinely pleasant dining experience. Furthermore, the sourdough pancakes were very good—a definite highlight of the meal.
However, the quality of the main dish I ordered for breakfast, the corned beef hash with eggs, was significantly disappointing. The potatoes that accompanied the hash tasted dry, old, and mostly inedible. Additionally, there was very little corned beef actually on the plate.
While I don’t mind paying premium prices for high-quality food, the execution and quality of the hash and potatoes on this occasion definitely did not match the price point.

I ordered a classic Eggs Benedict. As a side, I took potato pancakes. A good job! Béchamel sauce could be more lemony but it was good with Canadian bacon on muffins. Potato pancakes came with sour cream and apple sauce. I like that too! Coffee was also good.

Very friendly. The menu is not a standard breakfast menu, it’s a cut above. The dishes are unique and have some local, fresh ingredients. Their signature dish is the apple cinnamon pancake, which is a but more like French toast in consistency. It was delicious and enough for 2 people, maybe with a side.

Service was very friendly with a down home feel.

I have no idea how anyone could rate this place anything other than 5 stars. Granted I’ve only been here twice, both the food and service are well above and beyond any breakfast place I’ve ever been to. Both Josh and Amy were friendly, gave great recommendations, and we’re on top of all the tables they were serving. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, this place is a perfect model of what it is to be incredible. I will be coming back here way too often, and keep an eye out for me as the next feature on “My 600lb life”

Although it’s hidden on top of the hill but when you get there you realize it’s a great find. We had to wait for about 30 minutes. They do not do reservations but it was worth the wait. From the cinnamon coffee to the fresh squeezed orange juice.. everything was delicious. I had scrambled eggs Nicole and it was yummy. The lemon blueberry French toast was a hit if you love breakfast on the sweet side. Service was fantastic and atmosphere was inviting. 10/10 I recommend the oak table if you are in or around Silverdale is worth it.
