Decided to give this Denny’s a try because the one in pleasant hill is terrible. .Me And my family had the best waitress. Her name was Kim. She was a one man show and was handling a bunch of tables. She was attentive, caring, and kind. She kept checking on us and making sure we were okay. I definitely will be coming back to eat here again and to have Kim wait on me..thank you for the excellent resturaunt experience.

Had a really bad experience at a different Dennys and decided to give the Concord location a try after corporate apologized and sent a gift card with an apology letter. Tammy was my server Thanksgiving night and was absolutely amazing. The food was also so much better than the pleasant hill location. Tammy was very attentive and sweet. She provided excellent service and was professional. She made us feel like we were at home. Her manager Abdul also had a very good sense of humor and we appreciated that. Thank you so much for a better experience at Dennys. Will continue to attending this location only. (:

The place isn’t in the best neighborhood, but it’s close to a lot of different things and near an exit, so that’s a plus, I guess. The customer service is pretty decent; I liked the waiter we had. As far as the food goes, the egg was a decent size, but the veggies in it were burnt, and the hashbrowns were somewhat cold. Would I go out of my way to eat there? No, but it’s a place to stop and eat if you’re hungry.

Showed up at 3am. Only 3 Groups of 7, 4, and 2 already seated… Took a few minutes to get a table…20 minutes later we still hadn’t had our drink order taken… We ended up leaving . Looked like 1 cook, 1 server… But 20 minutes+ and no surgery visit send ridiculous.
