And it really is, the owner is really nice and accommodating, google has the open time at 1pm on Sunday which is not accurate, even still the owner took i upon himself to still take my order with not a single issue, and that for me goes a long way I really thought that was cool of him.
On to the food, I ordered fried rice, a dragon roll, and the sushi burger.
I’ll start with the dragon roll, it was awesome it was obviously made fresh and every part of it from the Krispy shrimp was delicious.
The fried rice was fantastic it’s a few tiers above what you can even find in downtown Orlando which was a pleasant surprise.
And last but most certainly not least the sushi burger, I picked this because I was different, I’ve never seen this on the menu anywhere before, so I was going into it knowing nothing because there was no pictures online. The sushi burger was my favorite thing I ate from here, it wasn’t even close, the flavor and the concept was 10/10, the portion was super generous and it was super filling, this is a definitely must try for anyone wanting something new.
Amazing Latin Sushi & Fried Rice!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from Latin-style sushi, but wow — the flavors blew me away! The mix of Latin spices and fresh sushi ingredients was perfect. You can really taste the creativity in every roll. The fried rice was also on another level — flavorful, not greasy, and full of fresh veggies and tender meat. The portions were great, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was friendly and fast. Definitely one of my new favorite spots — a must-try if you love sushi with a twist!
10/10
I would come back for more delicious food!!
Next red flag is that I asked for water and the guy at the counter has the nerve to add bottled water to my order. You KNOW that I’m asking for tap water and ice, I should have walked out at this deception alone.
So I ordered anyway to give the place a shot. You wait at a table, but your food isn’t brought to you, you have to get up and pick it up yourself. My sushi had really dry rice and the fish did not look or taste fresh. You can tell how dry it is in the photo.
On top of that, they ask for a tip at the register during checkout. I order at a counter, get deceived when ordering ice water, and I pick up my own food. Tipping culture is obscene in America and this restaurant is no exception.
F tier, not recommended.
