This location is TRASH!!! The one star is a lie. I was forced to give them that. The chicken sandwich was thrown in the box very sloppily. The chicken on it was ice cold and hard. The fries were cold and supposed to be a large but as you can see in the pic it wasn’t. I paid $1.00 for 3 gold sauce packs and that went put in the bag. I ordered delivery. Idk if they feel like they can serve you whatever since you’re not in person but this place is ridiculous. People work too hard for their money for the workers here to be serving garbage like this that they wouldn’t eat. Get new workers, new Management or whatever but get it together.

I ordered the new Big Arch but with only a single patty as well as a Happy Meal and two McChickens. Big Arch was given without a bun and still had both patties. Sweet and Sour sauce was missing. Took almost a full hour to get in and out of drive thru. This is not the first time this location has completely dropped the ball. The almost hour wait time for this is completely unacceptable and while I understand things happen you shouldn’t be having these basic QC issues when people are waiting as long as they are.

Food was cold. Took forever. They were out of the Shamrock Shake and then the younger guy tried to pass it off and gave attitude like the vanilla shake he handed my brother was a shamrock shake. We would’ve been fine with a soda instead or at least an attempt to help the cashier that asked him for assistance but he walked off and didn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Worst service and overall experience I’ve had at McDonald’s in a while. I also seen a guy drop ice cream cones on the ground and proceeded to use it so. Hopefully that didn’t end up with a customer.

I got done with a shift at 3:30 AM and decided to place a mobile order. I drove up to the menu and told them I had a mobile order. They said I would have to go in to pick it up in a rude tone. When I did, the lady told me that the order I had was for the drive through and that they misunderstood me, in again, a rude tone (so I had to go through the drive through again). I asked her if I could also use the bathroom. You’d think after spending 20 dollars you’d be able to relieve yourself, but no. She said she couldn’t let anyone in. Very dissatisfied and probably won’t go to mcdonalds after this experience.

This is literally the worst McDonalds in the city, by far. The last three visits they forgot my child’s happy meal apples and dipping sauces, the fries are never hot and have zero salt. All the sandwiches are sloppy and not put together with any care. It takes 10 minutes to get one meal and they always have you park in the numbered spots if there is even a possibility of your order taking more than 5 seconds to make. They do everything possible to boost their locations statistics and raise their local ranking against other McDonalds restaurants with zero care for customer or quality. It’s the worst experience possible from the worst quality fast food chain available. Bad all around.

This location has gotten worse and worse. Drinks lately have been flat. The snack wraps are only half chicken. Orders are wrong half the time . Anytime I order a shake or tea I just get a cup and have to remind them. Maybe if the workers weren’t preoccupied with talking and gossiping,maybe they’d get the orders correct.

I went to McDonald’s this morning as I have done for the last 3 weeks. I got back to the hospital and took 2 sips from my drink. Then I looked at my cup and I thought it was a large piece of ice, no I really don’t know what it was. Looked like a tile from the floor. I went back and they can’t even understand what I was saying. They just refunded me my money.

A black lady worker in there talking about how she hates how Mexican delivery people make more money and how she hates that we send our money back to Mexico and also how she hates that we have babies here. She probably didn’t expect me to speak or understand English. I stood there for about 20 min after I already asked for the order to the only man I saw there with a pony tail. He just went to the back and vanished never came back. The lady’s kept looking at me crazy not once asking what I needed, I yet again asked for the order directly to the lady who made the racist comments, she looked at me without saying a word and got the order that had been ready for over 20 min and handled it to me very disrespectful almost tossing it and spilling the drink and food inside. Very rude person. Go find a different job if u don’t like it. I’ll b back to take pictures of the people to add to this post

This place seems to be attractive at night if you see from outside. Ample parking area available for customers. Staff is customer friendly.
