Drive thru was very rude! Multiple people on and off and want to argue… if you work in customer service you need to worry about the customer! Get home and our order, of course is wrong! Called and got the rude guy on the phone… WOW, is all I can say. Buddy find a different planet to work on. Bottom of the barrel. I DEFINITELY SUGGEST NOT TO EAT THIS LOCATION.

Terrible experience. Everything has really gone downhill. I really strongly discourage people from going here. Dining room is supposed to be open until 10 according to the sign on the door. The doors were locked when we tried them at 9:30. Went through the drive-thru. The intercom voice was crackling and barely audible. We couldn’t understand what was being said. We placed our order at the window. After takong my money, they told us to pull up into the parking lot for our food and then they closed the restaurant. We went back around through the drive-thru. No acknowledgement at the intercom. I pulled around to the window again. After a while, I was able to get someone to come to the window after tapping on it for a bit of time. They had to unlock it. When I told them that we never got our food, they said that the manager was gone, he is the only one that can make the food or give a refund. I looked at the clock- it was one minute after 10. There is a lot of fishy things about this. I have never. Known a restaurant to close the drive through at the same time as the dining room. And the manager is the only one that can make food? Also, the manager is already gone literally one minute after they closed? There is nothing stopping them from stealing your money and then refusing to give you your food!

The new kiosk only ordering system inside is bad. Of 5 kiosks, only 2 or 3 worked. I saw 2 people with larger orders in after mine have their food 5 to 10 minutes faster. There were logistics for people dining in that looked frustrating. Food was decent for the price. Definitely miss human cashiers. I don’t blame the cooks, I blame the corporate decision-making, but the cools looked harried.

This place has gone down hill like crazy. No one at the counters. Just kiosks to ring your own order. The soda fountain needs a QR code and you serve yourself. They still have the audacity to ask for a tip. Save yourself the trouble and go to an Applebee’s or something.

First off, I walked in and the smell almost made you wanna turn around I don’t know if they used an old mop on the floor, But I ordered food for me and my family and some big bald guy with his sunglasses behind the counter he places the food on the counter and hollowed the number out I walked up to the counter and stood there for a minute, walked to the table to get my receipt I walked back up to the counter and tried to show some boy with a camo sky mask that I was missing a fry he turned to the bald big guy with the sunglasses and that guy just replied I know what I did it all there, I’m good at my job..he was very rude and very unprofessional and waited until he went around to the other side of the kitchen to run his mouth which I could clearly hear in the dining room, at the end of the day I bought another fry it’s not about the $2.46 that it cost, It’s about the principal he wouldn’t even take the time out to even look at the receipt. He just ran his mouth behind the counter at that point, I wish they would’ve grilled the bun because it was still cold from being pulled from the freezer but at the bad experience that I had with the fries, I didn’t wanna go up and say anything else, just ate it without a bun
I will not be returning to this location ever again!
The only halfway decent polite one with some kid with orange headphones that walked up after I stood at the counter for a good two minutes and asked me what was wrong. I asked for the manager, and he said that there was not one there at the moment , I asked him who the bald head guy was, And he said he’s NOBODY
I’m not happy with this location. They were very rude and very Unprofessional…. Next time a customer tries to show you a receipt why don’t you look at it instead of running around the corner and running your mouth?

I have gotten a couple burgers and fries here lately in the drive thru after not having steak and shake for years, and they were delicious. Best drive thru burgers and fries I’ve had in a while actually. Will definitely be returning.

Based off of my experience, I will say I was expecting a better one for dining in for the first time in years. I ordered at the kiosk, and got my receipt.

After paying for my order, I was unaware of the “QR Code Scan” to get drinks. Unfamiliar, but not a bad idea. (Loss prevention measures).

I had to ask for a Large cup, because I paid for one but all that was available were medium cups. I asked an employee for Large cup,(there were none stocked), and from that point on it seemed like any request was seen as some “inconvenience”.

I’m assuming the manager, slammed my order down onto the counter, and shouted my name. As if it were ready, but I had one item missing, (all beef hotdog), and condiments on the sandwich, no big deal, I figured they were busy making it.

After getting assistance from another associate behind the counter for the condiments (pickles and cheese sauce), the manager commented,

“Well you didn’t say anything and just looked at me, so I figured it was all there.”

Now, idk about you guys, but that was low-key rude. I didn’t complain or say anything negative, all I did was politely ask for what I paid for, that’s it. No need for the extra comment.

The atmosphere here felt somewhat unwelcome, as I mentioned before, everyone just seemed stressed and in a bad mood. I met family there and they agreed it didn’t feel good, and they also had issues NOT receiving their full order.

The food wasn’t bad, just could have been better.

Also, I got my all beef hotdog, (which I got for later). Spent $1 to get chili and cheese on it.. no chili, just cheese and mustard. Didn’t notice until I got home.

I don’t mean to seem like it’s all complaints. I can see those who work hard and we all have bad days. But there must be good communication and teamwork in such a setting, and it definitely did not appear to be present during this time.
