Worker is rude at drive thru . Customer service at this location is poor.
Ordered a tote of cookies . They are out of the boxes and stuff 13 cookies into a small chicken nugget box. When anything else like the pancake platter plate would have worked more efficiently . Now my 13 cookies is one big block of cookie. Just sad quality.

Absolutely terrible service. Wanted in line for over 20 mins. Employee at the second window was rude. She told another employee to just close the window on him he don’t know nothing as I am nicely explaining the lady at the first window told me to pull to the first to pay. The lady told to close the window basically slams it closed. No food after waiting over 20 mins in line. Was told you are not getting you order if you haven’t paid while I have money in my hand to pay. Definitely will not be back!

My order was a sausage egg biscuit with No CHEESE, hash brown and small Orange Juice. I said no cheese two separate times.
First the kid at the pay window almost spit on my car. He was using the parking lot as a spitting area. Then he didn’t know how to swipe a Tips Card. He kept saying it has a chip malfunction, when they don’t have a chip at all, so I had to ask him to get someone else. A lady came and finally I payed for my food. Go to the next window and pick up my food. I had what you see in the picture plus a small Orange Juice with an up charge for a medium, and a hash brown.
On my way to work I take out my sandwich and see this monstrous thing they call a sandwich. I turn around and go back. I was never mean or rude to anyone. So another lady asked me to pull up and wait for sausage egg biscuit. I wait…. Then I had nine minutes to get to work so I went inside. She had my food IN HER HAND. She saw me and said, “oh I forgot.” I work in the food industry. I was never rude to them but they were all rude to me. I hate that place.
The time before this was almost as bad. I went two months ago and the same incompetency. Why did I return?

Very rarely do I have issues w this location but today, yall really got me good.
I like to order biscuits or whatever breakfast for my team as I’m doing my runs. I submitted my order a bit after 10a and was greeted at the order taker at EXACTLY 1030. I was then told that breakfast is over with and that I could not receive my order at all and that I could order lunch if I wanted. They said they would cancel my order.
So I huff and puff about it since I don’t know my people’s lunchtime order. I randomly grab a bunch of mcchickens and cheeseburgers.
WELL. I get to the present window and they hand me the wrong order. Guess what it was?

This location at night is awful. They gave my daughter a small fry instead of the L she wanted. I was so irritated in the moment when they handed me the food bc of how they handed me the drinks and food. Opens door, just says, “Here…” two drinks in hand. Then back turned, then door shuts. Opens door, shoots a hand out holding the bag, “Here…” I grab the bag, door immediately shuts.
I cringe going at night because it seems to always be ill tempered workers, no personality, no friendly smiles or tone.
I ordered off the app and had modified a previous order and even selected “save changes” no changes were actually saved: that’s an app error, not this location’s fault.
The small frilly instead of large and the very rude-like attitudes just addd to my already sort of crappy evening on the way home from work from Huntsville plus add the traffic at that hour.
The night crew shift at McDs 6th Ave needs to take some notes to their morning crew bc they are always what any work establishment should be. I’m not asking for bubbly sunshine, but I’m not asking for, “Here…” no eye contact, head turned away, back turned away, slammed window.
Pray for the night crew. Bless’em.
