I usually try to come to this Red Lobster at least once a week or at least every two weeks. The food is always great, but the service is even better. I always ask for Scott as my server as he provides exceptional service every time. I can always depend on his suggestions and advice. Scott always goes the extra mile. My sister was visiting from California and I brought her here. She still asks me about Scott whenever I talk to her. She was very impressed with his level of service.

Very Slow service. Waitress didnt bring us biscuits until wed been there for 30 minutes. Forgot to bring us our drinks multiple times. They were out of several items (bay scallops, hamburgers, and LOBSTER chops. Yes you read that correctly. Red lobster is so poorly run they run out of items as important as lobster. Will never and I mean NEVER go here again. Food was average. Not bad or that good. Definitely Not worth the $140 for a meal with poor service. It wasnt even busy we were 1 of 4 tables. Place was dead. No excuse for the service we received

Came here after not eating here for almost a year. I gotta say I was shocked by how horrible the food and service was. The restaurant was almost empty when I walked in, the female server was on her phone and acted bothered and annoyed she had to do her job to seat me at a table. Waited 15 minutes to be set a table in a restaurant that was 90% empty. Placed my order with the waitress, and it took her over 25 minutes to bring me some biscuits. When I inquired about something else on the menu she seems angry I wanted to change my order. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food to arrive, and when it finally came half of it was the wrong order, half of it was cold, the other half was Luke warm. The Lobster was the smallest I’ve ever seen, and the shrimp was cold. I ate it because I was hungry, and didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for my food. I can see why Red Lobster is going out of business! Horrible Food, Horrible Service, and a very, very Horrible experience. Extremely over priced for the quality of food. I’ve eaten here for years, and I have to say that after tonight I won’t be back!!

Foods crazy expensive and honestly not good. I got the shrimp thing, you get shrimp 3 different ways. Didnt matter how they cooked it, it tasted horrible. The scampi was pretty much alfredo, super thick and not lemony or garlicy at all just tasted like heavy whipping cream. There was like a buttered shrimp which the shrimps were overdone and a popcorn shrimp thing. The lobster dip was good though. The service was immaculate, Kent was so nice. Great energy and extremely helpful and understanding. He answered my questions and was positive the entire experience. The restaurant was completely empty, which i mean what do they expect when the cheapest thing on the menu is 19$ and the foods such low quality. The decor is good and so is the lighting. Just the food needs some really hardcore changes. Better ingredients and better recipes to start. Stop using the microwave for any reason. Prep in the mornings and keep it fresh.

Was so disappointed last night.
Had been there numerous times and had wonderful service and great food. But last night from the first we were greeted but not with the usual enthusiasm gave our name and waited after seeing two other groups go before us even though we were before them. We found out he went outside and called our name. ( we were inside) he scratched our name out!?
After a couple minutes of arguing we were showed to a table. After 15 minutes of waiting some more and no one approaching our table we managed to flag a waitress down. She apologized said she would be right back. Ten minutes later and still no drinks we found out the group across the isle were still waiting on there food and had been waiting for an hour.
At this point we left. I hope this is a one time incident we will probably try again another tim.

Kent was a great server! He didn’t just serve the plates—he presented them to each person as though he was sharing a treasure with each diner. It was not done with any ostentatious flair, just an assurance of manner. He was also one of the most pleasant people ever. He treated our ten year old child with the same manner as each of the adults. Kent made our dining experience among the best we’ve had ever!
The food also was very delicious. The above mentioned child ordered extra crab legs and said it was the best decision he ever made—and he’s almost 11 now, as he pointed out! 🙂

I had set a reservation for 5:15… Only to arrive and have the trembling nervous “host” Silas to immediately doubt I had a reservation. Even after showing the reservation on my phone. I was on time only for this unprofessional young man tell my party to wait 10 minutes. After around 10 minutes waiting we were seated and promptly abandoned. We had multiple servers pass by paying no mind to the fact nobody had even greeted us. I had to walk to the front just to get two kids menus that were not offered to begin with. After 30 minutes had passed with absolutely no service I walked up to the front to see what the deal was and the young man “Silas” has absolutely no tact and customer service skills. He immediately got defensive and told me I was raising my voice at him even though I was nowhere near raising my voice. I would completely understand if he had any sort of reasonable explanation like short staffing or issues with systems but to be so quickly argumentative prompted me to turn away and gather my party to leave. I can not believe the unprofessionalism shown by Silas and I will not be returning to this location.
