Food is usually pretty decent. The staff are pretty decent. It I can’t bear the fact of almost every time I get a large drink from this place, that when I go to pick it up the lid just busts right off and goes everywhere. Corporate really needs to add some sturdiness to there cups because it is just ridiculous.

Ordered CFA for lunch via Door Dash so we don’t have to leave a job site. CFA personnel really messed this order up. Supposed to be nuggets and a Salad, we got a CFA Sandwich and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Supposed to be 2 fries, we got 1 fry and 1 Mac and cheese. There’s even numbers on the food tickets that correspond with the order…of course they don’t match. Someone should be verifying these orders before they get sent out for delivery. Our CFA order was $44.76 and the order was wrong. Yes, we got a refund from Door Dash, but then our options were to reorder, wait another 30 min for lunch and hope it was right, or eat items we didn’t order. I expect better from CFA, this is McDonalds type service.

Sounds like the weather brought out some less-than-friendly attitudes today. The way the outdoor drive-through was handled in the rain was frustrating. I didn’t appreciate being expected to get soaked just to pick up my food. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning. If the weather’s bad, I’d recommend avoiding the Chick-fil-A on Martin Boulevard.

Disgusting and I always have to say good things about Chick-fil-A. I usually pick other Chick-fil-A’s Chick-fil-A that are farther but I decided to pick a Chick-fil-A that was close to me. Disgusting chicken wasn’t even clean. Chicken wasn’t even cooked was tasting every disgusting thing like I literally I can’t. I can’t eat this stuff anymore. It was disgusting. The fries were good per usual but the chicken sandwich is disgusting. Do not waste your money on this is disgusting.

It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A’s in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.

Their website is challenging to schedule deliveries and pickups
I wanted to schedule a delivery one after noon for the next morning and it a plant let me because it was after 10:30am.
The next morning I wanted to order from the chic fil a near me customer and it wouldn’t let me because it said i was out of their area. Meaning the app picked up where I was driving.and placing the order and it wanted me to order from closer stores near where my vehicle was.
So trying to schedule a pick up at a particular store was a hassle. Im paying for it so I dont know why it matterest what time or location I am when I place my order
