I ordered a ham egg and cheese and a cream cheese both on everything bagels, my total came to be $21 and the lady didn’t tell me coffee was included in my order i had to ask her to confirm and they didn’t even cut my bagel. What bothers me is that this is NOT worth the price and the customer service is very mediocre. I gave this place a 2nd try cause i didn’t even like it the first time but after this time safe to say i will not be going back

I’ve read some of the other reviews and one thing is for sure, we all will have different experiences.
I have never had an issue at this location. The owner is lovely and kind. The staff as well. I have always been acknowledged. Bagels are always fresh and made daily.
I wished that had more locations. Fresh bagels at affordable prices are hard to come by.

Absolutely deserving of five stars. The Google rating doesn’t do this place justice at all. The bagels are incredibly fresh, and the spreads are packed with flavor. Highly recommend trying their bagels and spreads. Have a small seating area inside and some tables & chairs outside.

On Monday, August 12th, I visited this place, and I have to say, my experience was severely marred by the behavior of the woman at the front counter. She was a white lady with blue eyes, and her attitude was absolutely appalling. From the moment I walked in, she barked orders at me, telling me to go get a drink without even answering my simple questions. When I asked her to customize a bagel, she bluntly refused, claiming they don’t do that. Then, when I requested a plain bagel, she dismissively asked if I could even see a plain bagel available. Her rude and condescending manner was completely uncalled for, and she clearly lacks the professionalism required for a customer service role. I understand that working on a Monday might not be the highlight of her week, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. That said, the bagels themselves were quite good. Won’t ever come back here I will be leaving a review on yelp! Also she wear white headphones, maybe if she had them out she can listen a little better…..

Let me tell you. This place. THIS PLACE. It’s a gift. Sandwiches are huge, bagels and little rolls and such are ALL delicious. On top of the the amazing food the service is INCREDIBLY delightful. Feels like they’re genuinely passionate about what they do. It homely and small. It’s not really set up up to eat inside, plan for take away. But WOW do I recommend. I went here again after several years of forgetting it existed…I’ll be back every week I expect!
It should be noted when it’s busy, it is BUSY though. So I would try to dodge the lunch rush if possible.

I absolutely love this place. The freshest salmon, atop a garlic bagel smothered in chive cream cheese, with lettuce, tomato and raw onions to garnish this delicious meal .. and don’t forget capers to contact the bright freshness of the lemon wedges to squeeze on top. Absolutely delicious. Best I’ve found locally.

When you are originally from the east coast (specifically New York and New Jersey) you will crave for a good bagel and cream cheese (the chain stores don’t cut it). This place is authentic. You know the real smell of the bagels and cream cheese. This is your go to place!
