Good tasting burgers. Their burgers are a bit small, but taste great! I had the Korean burger and it definitely was not the typical American taste. It was a nice change. Thier fries were average, not amazing, but not bad.
The service was good. Friendly staff and the food was brought out fast. At this mall there is valet parking right where the shake shack is, so you can pay 10 bucks and park right there or just walk for 1 minute.
Overall good burgers and worth the price.

I had a couple of days to think about my meal at Shake Shack (first time to any of their locations) and I must say I was not impressed. Food wise the burger and fries were average. They were cooked well and presented well but for me the burger I could not taste the meat. I had bacon on mine and that plus the toppings was all I really tasted. The bun was good too but really was just shocked at the meat. French fries wise they were average. I actually didn’t finish them. My friend got basically the same thing as me or I should say I just ordered what she had and she got a shake or something which she said was rich and was good (maybe too rich). The lemonade I had was a little rich too but good.
Really my main issue was the price I paid which was over $50 for all this and I even tipped. Worst part was the food wasn’t even brought to us. Only one employee took food out to customers and I mentioned this because just at that price point it would of been nice and then I tipped beforehand and I would of not tipped just because of that experience.
I am a huge burger and fry type of guy and I know for a fact I could of gotten better food and paid 30%-50% going to Wendys, Checkers, Dairy Queen, Cookout etc. Shoot there is a mom and pop restaurant I go to that I could of got a decent meal at for the price and less (burger wise).
Overall I will not be back. Maybe they have some deals on their app that makes it worth it but even then I know I can get better just about anywhere else. Heck even McDonald’s.

This was our first time eating at Shack Shack. The burgers were great! We had cheese fries, a shake, lemonade. All were really good. The service was excellent! Someone came to our table and refilled our drinks and removed our trays when we were finished eating.
We were glad we chose to eat at Shack Shack. We will be back to try different items on the menu. Thanks, Shake Shack, for making our dinner a great experience.

Atlanta Food Explorer
I really enjoyed the French Onion Soup Burger when they had it in late 2025, but when they got rid of it I stopped coming back. The other burgers are decent, but this was the only one that nobody else had and set them apart. I mostly get these types of burgers from Five Guys and Burger-Fi, now. I’m kind of tired of everybody making the same kind of burger. I was enjoying something different.

Pretty good burger joint. No complaints at all. Burger was juicy and delicious. Staff was nice. The only complaint I have (if you’d call it one) is that’s its a self service ordering system and I like to talk to people so that wasn’t for me. But otherwise a very enjoyable and delicious experience!

First AND last time at a Shake Shack. This was one of the worst burgers I have ever had. McDonald’s is better. Soggy, limp bun…and the cheese fries looked like they used cheese whiz in them. Through almost all of it away after a few bites. And wayyyyyy too expensive for what you get. I’ll stick with Five Guys.

The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff is courteous, especially the lobby attendant who brings food, condiments, and napkins right to your table. I love the manager checking in with guests. Big dining room and a great patio view. Just great service all around!

If you want fast eats, this is the place to go. The shack cheeseburger was fresh and tasty. What makes it good is the buns!
The service was also good. We didn’t have to wait too long to get our food. I like the fact that we can use the console to order the food instead of waiting for someone to take our orders.
This store is spacious and modern. It’s also family friendly. So if you want good eats, go check them out.
